They assist with academic petitions, guide degree progression, and work collaboratively with academic departments, the registrar, and other campus offices to tackle a variety of student challenges. Additionally, this role involves active participation in the development and execution of policies and strategic planning in the advising sphere, all aimed at promoting the success, persistence, and timely graduation of students within their specific college or department. This position supports the whole student by providing information and guidance with clarity and kindness. Advising at the Concord campus or representation at events held at other institutions may at times be required. |
