| The Department of Public Administration is seeking to hire part-time instructors to teach within our NASPAA-accredited MPA program and our newly created Bachelor of Arts in Public Service. All courses are taught online, using the Canvas and Zoom platforms. The MPA program offers seven core courses (History and Theory; Research Methods; Budgeting; Human Resources, Public Management; Policy Analysis; and Strategic Planning) and 5 concentration courses. The department offers concentrations in Leadership, Public Financial Management, Non-Profit Management, HUman Resource Management, and Community Planning and Management. 5 concentration courses. The Department has an existing California County Cohort program serving students from across the state.
