| Under the general supervision of the Lead Physician and the direction of the Director of the Student Health Center, the Physician performs medical diagnostic and treatment and preventative health care and education to students in an ambulatory care setting. The Physician works collaboratively with all the Student Health Center staff and actively participates in health education activities, training of health-related staff, and development of policies, protocols and procedures. Additional duties include participation in Student Health Center and campus wide committees when assigned. Responsible for all actions taken as a licensed California physician as outlined by the California Board of Medical Quality Assurance. |
