| Under general direction, The Human Resources Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for the division of Human Resources. Coordinates the onboarding program which includes reviewing and preparing sign-in documents, checking electronic sign-in process, setting up the conference room and onboarding new hires. Assists with the training of student assistant.
Responsible for maintaining and archiving recruitment files, gathering data to create reports, and interacting with and solving problems for customers and department staff. Uses customer service and problem solving skills to respond to applicants and customers via email, telephone, and in person. Coordinates and schedules meetings and events. In addition to the management responsibilities for the running of the UEC and its staff, a key role of the Executive Director will be to work with the University to create enterprise development opportunities and a model to provide on-going financial stability for the organization. The Executive Director will ensure that UEC supports the academic and co-curricular environment and provides quality services to the campus community while meeting the program's business goals.
