Additionally, it includes serving as a backup for accounts payable training and travel subject matter expertise, ensuring adherence to policies and regulations including those related to sales tax analysis and tax reporting.

The Clinical Social Practitioner II (CSP II) serves as the TALK Program Manager, a pivotal role combining advanced clinical practice with program leadership. This position is responsible for the effective management and operational oversight of the TALK program, aligning it with the broader organizational goals of the Family Services Department. The CSP II will manage TALK Lead Associates, ensuring that the program's delivery meets high standards of care and compliance with regulatory requirements. In addition to administrative duties, this role requires active involvement in direct client services. The CSP II will conduct biopsychosocial assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and provide in-depth counseling and case management. This position demands a high level of expertise in diagnosing and evaluating social, emotional, and psychological conditions and crafting tailored interventions that address complex client needs. The CSP II will also play a crucial role in staff development, offering training and guidance to both staff and interns, fostering their professional growth within the context of the program’s objectives. This dual focus on clinical excellence and program management makes the CSP II integral to both the operational success of the TALK program and the delivery of impactful client services.
