Under the general supervision of the AVP for Student Affairs/Dean of Students, the Director of Basic Needs & Student Support will direct, manage, and lead the university’s Basic Needs & Student Support department, as well as serve as the California State University, San Bernardino (CSUSB) primary campus contact for all basic needs’ functions for CSUSB students for internal and external stakeholders.

Performance is measured by financial goals, donor engagement, and overall fundraising impact. Per Diem Nurse Practitioner (Per Diem, Non-Exempt), Student Health Center - Temporary - Palm Desert Campus San Bernardino - Palm Desert Campus
Under the general supervision of a Physician and direction of the Executive Director, the Nurse Practitioner provides a wide range of primary health care services within the Student Health Center (SHC) including assessment, diagnostic, and preventive and health maintenance services at the Palm Desert Campus. The incumbent works under the supervision of a physician using established standardized procedures and/or process protocols. The Nurse Practitioner collaborates with the SHC Executive Director and their supervising Physician(s) to develop standardized procedures and/or process protocols and scope of practice for their position. The incumbent provides a wide range of primary health care services, such as conducting physical examinations; diagnosing, treating, and managing illnesses and injuries; ordering tests and interpreting the results; and counseling patients on preventive care. This position is primarily located at the Palm Desert campus and may work occasionally on the San Bernardino campus.

Under the general supervision of the Executive and Associate Director of Institutional Equity & Compliance, the Institutional Equity & Compliance Investigator is responsible for conducting investigations pertaining to protected status discrimination and harassment, sexual misconduct, dating and domestic violence, stalking, and retaliation. The Institutional Equity & Compliance Investigator will conduct investigations pursuant to CSU policies and applicable state and federal laws; prepare comprehensive investigation reports; compose and send appropriate correspondence with parties, advisors, and others regarding investigations and other aspects of the formal and informal resolution processes.

Associate Director, Employee and Labor Relations (Administrator II), Human Resources Division San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
The Associate Director for Employee and Labor Relations (ELR) reports to the Executive Director of ELR in Human Resources and leads a broad range of services, policies, and procedures related to employee and labor relations, and conflict resolution. This role supports university goals by fostering an environment where faculty, staff, and students can thrive, and serves as the main contact for faculty-related matters in partnership with Faculty Affairs and Development. The Associate Director also oversees conflict resolution services, providing guidance and building community capacity to manage and resolve disputes. This position plays a key role in promoting effective communication, collaboration, and healthy workplace and learning environments across CSU San Bernardino.
Manager, Classification and Compensation (Administrator I), Division of Human Resources San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
Under the general direction of the Executive Director, Human Resources, this position manages the Classification and Compensation programs for MPP and staff positions, ensuring that salary programs outlined in the Collective Bargaining Agreements are applied appropriately. Executive Director, Budget and Resource Management (Administrator III), University Budget Office San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
Under the direction of the Associate Vice President for Finance and Administrative Services, the Executive Director of Budget and Resource Management ensures sustainable financial resources to advance CSUSB’s mission. The role oversees campus-wide budget planning, development, and administration, including revenue projection, fund allocation, expenditure oversight, position management, and cost recovery. The Executive Director analyzes complex budget policies, promotes fiscal integrity, and collaborates with campus leaders and Fiscal Officers to guide long-term financial planning. The position also manages University Central Funds and Reserves, oversees enterprise and auxiliary budgets, and represents CSUSB in systemwide budget matters with the CSU Chancellor’s Office, State Controller’s Office, the Budget Officers’ Association, and the University Budget Advisory Committee.
Police Dispatcher (Police Dispatcher I), Public Safety San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
The Police Dispatcher(s) will perform a full range of standard dispatch classification related duties on rotating shifts. The Police Dispatcher(s) will receive information, complaints, requests and signals from a variety of communication equipment. The Department of Art & Design, as part of the College of Arts & Letters at CSUSB, offers bachelor's degrees in art history, design, studio art, and art education, plus a graduate program offering an MA in Art and an MFA in Studio Art. The department serves approximately 500-600 students in its majors per year, plus other students from across the campus. The core approach taken to teaching across all the areas of the department focuses on visual and material literacy, as well as critical and discursive analysis of art, design, and other cultural productions. Students that we serve gain a broad base of skills in the areas of art and design making, as well as research, critical thinking, problem-solving, and writing. Through our programs, we strongly encourage an open approach to understanding how all aspects of art, design, and cultural production contribute to imperatives of diversity and community engagement.
