The CSP II will manage TALK Lead Associates, ensuring that the program's delivery meets high standards of care and compliance with regulatory requirements. The CSP II will conduct biopsychosocial assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and provide in-depth counseling and case management. This position demands a high level of expertise in diagnosing and evaluating social, emotional, and psychological conditions and crafting tailored interventions that address complex client needs. The CSP II will also play a crucial role in staff development, offering training and guidance to both staff and interns, fostering their professional growth within the context of the program’s objectives. This dual focus on clinical excellence and program management makes the CSP II integral to both the operational success of the TALK program and the delivery of impactful client services.
