The Master of Social Work (MSW) Program invites applications for one Graduate Assistant to support the evaluation of an innovative Research, Scholarship, and Creative Activity (RSCA) project focused on integrating artificial intelligence (AI) simulation software into social work education.
The AI Simulation Lab uses AI-generated client avatars and interactive case simulations to enhance MSW students' clinical engagement, interviewing, psychosocial assessment, ethical decision-making, and documentation skills. The Graduate Assistant will assist with the evaluation of the project and contribute to understanding the effectiveness of AI-enhanced clinical education.
Job Description: Under the supervision of the Principal Investigator and Co-PIs, the Graduate Assistant will support evaluation activities for the AI Simulation Lab project. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Assist with developing and refining project evaluation instruments, including surveys, assessment rubrics, and focus group protocols. • Support the administration and management of Qualtrics surveys and project data. • Conduct literature reviews related to AI in social work education, and simulation-based learning. • Organize and manage quantitative and qualitative data. • Assist with qualitative coding, data analysis, and interpretation in collaboration with the faculty. • Support focus group planning, note-taking, and transcription coordination. • Assist in preparing reports and other dissemination materials. • Attend project meetings and provide regular updates on assigned responsibilities. • Perform other project-related duties as assigned.
Wage/Salary: $255.60 monthly
