The California State University, Office of the Chancellor, is seeking an Assistant Director, Energy, Sustainability, and Transportation to be responsible for overseeing the administrative and programmatic elements of the ES&T unit, including revision of existing and development of new policies for climate action, energy efficiency, and climate resiliency. The position will develop and update associated guidance and procedures to implement comprehensive sustainable and climate resilient practices that support continuous improvement across all university operations. Administrative responsibilities will include funding strategies, energy contracting, and shared services program. The position will also be the delegated authority over the ES&T unit in the chief’s absence.
