Senior Digital Creative Content Strategist (AA/S III E) / Strategic Communication - University Advancement San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus

Reporting to the Director of Strategic Communication and Brand Management, the Senior Digital Creative Content Strategist works collaboratively to conceptualize and produce high-quality visuals across various media platforms that support the communications strategy and goals of CSUSB. From creating effective digital assets for marketing campaigns to innovative branding projects, Senior the Digital Creative Content Strategist is responsible for ensuring creative quality from start to finish for all digital projects while approaching each project with a strategic and innovative mindset.
Orientation and Transition Programs Coordinator (SSP II) / Enrollment Management (Palm Desert Campus) San Bernardino - Palm Desert Campus
Under the supervision of the San Bernardino Director of Orientation and Transition Program, this position is responsible for the overall implementation and coordination of Orientation and Transition Programming at the Palm Desert Campus. Transition Programming will include, but not limited to, first year experience programming, transfer student success programming, and campus tours. This position will coordinate, manage, and implement programs, initiatives, and experiences that facilitate successful student transitions and integration into the Palm Desert Campus environment. Utilizing student development theory and program evaluations, this position will focus on the transition into the university environment for both first-year and transfer students as part of Orientation, First-Year Experience, Transfer Success, and Campus Tours. This position contributes to the development of a comprehensive Orientation and transition programs that intentionally connects admissions, financial aid, academic advising, career development, learning enhancement, and campus life services to support success and persistence. This position, in collaboration with counterpart positions at the San Bernardino Campus, is responsible for the design, planning, implementation, coordination and evaluation of orientation and transition programs including budget management and administrative functions.
Administrative Support Coordinator II (ASC II) / Orientation and First Year Experience San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
This ASC II position is essential to the day-to-day operations and support of the Orientation and First Year Experience Office. This position works closely with the director to oversee, reconcile, make projections, evaluate, and recommend financial expenditures and revenue on all budget funds for Orientation and First Year Experience (OFYE) programs at the San Bernardino and Palm Desert Campuses. Currently OFYE has two state budgets and one trust budget. Process budgetary paperwork (Hospitality Expenditures, Direct Expenditures, etc.) accurately and efficiently to ensure proper payment for vendors and reimbursements. Maintain payroll and HR support around hiring, pay and work hours of employees withing Orientation and First Year Experience. Provide general office support remotely by answering phones, responding to e-mails, ordering office supplies, and oversee the remote work of student assistance that support orientation, First Year Experience and campus tours. Provide program support for all orientation and Transition program units with budget, catering, contracts, purchasing, and program logistics.

Department of Psychology, Assistant or Associate Professor in Biological Psychology San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus

Administrative Support Coordinator (ASC II) / Housing & Residential Life San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
This dynamic, responsible, and well-organized individual serves several roles necessary for the efficient management and coordination of physical office operations and communications for the Department of Housing and Residential Education. The incumbent will be responsible for central reception and assigning of all ordinary incoming departmental correspondence (in-person appointments, phone, and general email), assisting with the maintenance of records, student data, and supporting the Central Office and live-in staff. The incumbent will assist with all technological platforms necessary for the day-to-day administration of the DHRE office, including but not limited to software related to housing occupancy and assignments (StarRez, Peoplesoft, etc.), file and telecommunications records, and budgeting. This staff person will also hire and supervise DHRE student assistants.
