Under the direction of the Santos Manuel Student Union Associate Director of Operations, the Santos Manuel Student Union Maintenance Specialist is responsible for all aspects of diagnosing, repairing, installing, and maintain all equipment in the Santos Manuel Student Union as well as general maintenance and repair of the facilities as assigned. The Maintenance Specialist is an integral member of a hard-working team comprised of full-time and part-time staff within the Santos Manuel Student Union. The Maintenance Specialist should possess the ability to work both independently and as a team member. The Maintenance Specialist shall demonstrate the ability to work effectively with a diverse population of program members, guests, and staff.
WBC Business Counseling Administrative Support/IECE (UEC) San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus

The Department of Public Administration at California State University, San Bernardino invites applications from a diverse group of qualified applicants for a Full Time Lecturer to begin August 2021. The Department of Public Administration seeks an energetic and innovative educator to join the team as a full time Lecturer beginning August 2021. Candidates must be qualified to teach NASPAA and AACSB accredited courses in both upper division undergraduate and Master’s level public administration. Preference will be given to candidates with teaching (online and face to face) and practitioner experience. Full Time Lecturers focus on teaching. The teaching load for a Full Time Lecturer begins at a 5/5 load, but may be reduced through academic qualifications and other duties, including online and large class courses. Teaching responsibilities may include courses at either the San Bernardino or Palm Desert Campuses. The individual will work in collaboration with the AVP and Director of Donor Relations and will oversee the scholarship program activities to ensure processes and procedures are in place for increased donor stewardship and that scholarship audit requirements are met. The Scholarship Analyst/Specialist will continuously evaluate the Foundation's scholarship program identifying opportunities for growth and excellence while improving the donor and recipient experience. Senior Research Analyst (AA/S-EII) / Sponsored Programs Administration Office San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
In support of California State University, San Bernardino's (CSUSB) research, creative, and scholarly activities, the Sponsored Programs Administration office provides post-award financial and compliance oversight of funded grants and contracts from award issuance to close out. The Senior Research Analyst will use extensive knowledge to monitor the regulatory environment, perform work in situation where numerous diverse demands are involved, and independently determine approaches to project management and effectively prioritize and manage an assigned workload of sponsored projects

The Financial Aid Advisor plays an integral role in the verification and awarding of student financial aid assistance. The position is key in providing timely awards to students, processing corrections to applications, and providing support to the various small programs in which they work. Without a full team of Advisors, the awarding process will become a hinderance to providing timely funds to students. The Pell Grant Advisor is key to the awarding and disbursing of over $55 million in Pell Grant awards to our most need students. Reconciliation of these funds is a requirement on a monthly basis.
