Administrative Support Coordinator (Administrative Support Coordinator II) - Student Affairs San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
Under general supervision, the Administrative Support Coordinator for the VP’s Office for Student Affairs will perform ongoing work coordination and lead day-to-day office operations and programming, provide administrative support functions for the Vice President for Student Affairs and the Chief of Staff and Director of Operations and Fiscal Management, including indirect lead work direction for the VPSA Student Ambassador team.
Department of Sociology-Part-time Lecturer San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
One or more temporary, part-time lecturers for a pool from which instructors will be considered for appointments as they become available for Fall Semester 2024, and/or Spring Semester 2025. Lecturers may be needed for one or more of the following courses: Introduction to Sociology, Sociological Theory, Qualitative Analysis & Field Research, Social Psychology, Socialization, Sociology of Education, Social Inequality, Environmental Sociology, Sociology of Sport, Medical Sociology, Sociology of Work and Social Casework. Accounting Technician (Accounting Technician III), Student Financial Services San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
The Accounting Technician position entails monitoring student accounts, including collection activities and reconciliations, while adhering to Title IV regulations. This involves issuing refunds, auditing account accuracy through technical tasks, and providing excellent customer service. Additionally, the role involves handling placements with collection agencies and the Franchise Tax Board (FTB), processing bankruptcies, and maintaining the write-off process in compliance with legal requirements and institutional policies. Tribal, Government and Community Relations Administrative Support (Administrative Support Coordinator II), University Advancement - Office of Government and Community Relations (OGCR) San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
This position will support the Director of Tribal Relations, NAGPRA Administrator and the Office of Government and Community Relations Associate Vice President in the University’s compliance activities and reports related to the federal and state NAGPRA legislation, including California Assembly Bills 275 and 389. Compliance with AB 275 and 389 will require a multi-phase process of inventory, consultation, correspondence, visitation, and eventually repatriation of curated collections to Native American tribes. In addition, will assist in compiling and managing records for the campus regulatory compliance supporting materials related to NAGPRA and CALNAPRA for the University. Lastly this position will provide additional support to the Office of Government and Community Relations as county and local outreach and community partnerships continue to grow CSUSB’s programs and services.

STEM Success Counselor/PATHS (UEC) San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
The incumbent will perform the following core tasks: undergraduate counseling both academic and non-academic; data collection and analysis, outreach and success coaching for students; regular and effective communication with colleges, academic departments in the College of Natural Sciences (CNS) and student services offices around the campus; and plan and execute student success campaigns. Training Coordinator/IESBDC (UEC) San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
Full time position reports to the IESBDC Director and will coordinate and market small business training events, assist in program development, manage training and client databases, and provide program reporting results. Inland Empire SBDC training program encompasses approximately 120 - 150 events each calendar year. Training events are held at all full time SBDC offices in Riverside, San Bernardino, and at 13 outreach offices in Riverside and San Bernardino Counties.
Program Manager/Entrepreneurial Resource Centers (ERC) (UEC) San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
The newly created Entrepreneurial Resource Center (ERC) program, operated by CSUSB’s Inland Empire Center for Entrepreneurship (IECE), provides an easily accessible hub for small business support services, strategically located in both Riverside and San Bernardino counties. Each ERC delivers a wide range of business counseling and training programs through established IECE programs such as the Inland Empire Small Business Development Center (IESBDC) and Women’s Business Centers (WBC) to support startups and existing businesses. In addition, each ERC has “Affiliate Partners” working collaboratively with IECE and its programs. These are non-CSUSB entrepreneurial support organizations that provide specific training and technical assistance to support small business owners and entrepreneurs in the Inland Southern California region at each ERC location.
