Administrative Analyst (Administrative Analyst/Specialist Exempt II), Palm Desert Campus San Bernardino - Palm Desert Campus
Under general direction, the Administrative Analyst (AAS) works independently to provide complex administrative support and performs various analytical and technical accounting work. The AAS is an important team member within the Associate Vice President’s Office who works collaboratively on time-sensitive assignments and serves as a point-of-contact for the campus department coordinators based on their functional responsibility. Coordinates all fiscal and budget duties of the general funds, philanthropic, grants and trust programs for the Palm Desert Campus (PDC). The AAS compiles and analyzes financial/HR information from CMS PeopleSoft reports, designs and prepares a variety of financial reports for mid and year-end budget projections and salary projections. The AAS functions as the HR Liaison and handles all HR-related duties for the Palm Desert Campus.
Office Specialist III/CEME (UEC) San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
Under the direction of the Director, and in collaboration with the Math Department, the successful candidate will provide administrative support for all aspects of the projects run by the CEME Office, including purchasing, event planning, travel, purchasing equipment and supplies, processing student participant payments, supporting reporting to agency, as well as community through the project website and social media.
Operations Manager/HEP (UEC) San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
The Operations Manager/HEP will report directly to the CSUSB CAMP/HEP Program Director and will be actively involved in the planning and implementation of all outlined grant objectives, but primarily focused on HEP services and programs to meet national targets set forth by funding agency (U.S. Department of Education). CSUSB CAMP currently recruits in the Coachella Valley, however, the outreach area will be expanded, as needed, to meet objectives. The incumbent will work diligently to meet program objectives to recruit, enroll and support, 75 HEP Scholars annually.

Lead Community Service Specialist (Community Service Specialist II), Parking San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
Under supervision of the Parking Director, the Community Service Specialist II serves as the Lead and main support for the field enforcement team and is responsible for a number of analytical, directional, technical, administrative, and clerical duties. The incumbent is a uniformed non-sworn employee who provides day-to-day work direction to the Community Service Specialist I's and their enforcement of the parking rules and regulations, event logistics and traffic control, public safety aids to the Police Department, shift scheduling, training, etc. The incumbent collaborates frequently with the Events/Equipment Specialist and other campus partners in large departmental projects such as the planning and execution of campus event coordination (ex. commencement, campus closures, construction, etc.), as well as analytical and technical tasks such as recommending/researching procedures and polices, auditing voided citation processes, etc.
Employee and Labor Relations Specialist (Confidential Administrative Support II), Employee & Labor Relations San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
Under direct supervision of the Director for Employee and Labor Relations, the Employee and Labor Relations Specialist provides complex level counsel, direction and recommendation to administrators, represented/non-represented staff, union partners and third parties related to all HR functions, formal and informal union grievances/CBAs and related activities. Provides complex level administrative support for workplace concerns, investigations, and disciplinary actions and prepares all related documentation. Works toward resolving complex University issues identifying macro/micro impacts to the University.
Job Developer/CSRI Victorville (UEC) San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
Under the general supervision of the Center Manager, the Job Developer will assist with job development programming, employment placement, and employment retention services for program participants. The incumbent will conduct active job searches and placement opportunities for parolees by contacting and visiting local employers and human resources departments to obtain individual interviews, as well as developing on-the-job training opportunities and vocational education. This position requires group and one-on-one training in job development.
Director of Clinical Education (Administrator II), Master of Science in Physician Assistant (MSPA) Program San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
The Director of Clinical Education (DCE) provides effective leadership for all aspects of the clinical phase of the MSPA program. The DCE is responsible for oversight of the development, implementation, and evaluation of the Program’s clinical curriculum and supervised clinical practice experiences (SCPEs). The Director of Clinical Education must possess prior experience in PA education, as well as strong leadership and organizational skills. This full-time position reports directly to the Program Director and works collaboratively with MSPA program faculty, staff, and preceptors. A full-time Clinical Coordinator will also be hired and report directly to the Director of Clinical Education.

Under general supervision, the incumbent will perform functions within the Accounts Payable area. Duties will include auditing payables documents for completeness and accuracy; processing vendor payments; responsibility for identifying and documenting sales and use tax accruals; the responsibility for identifying and documenting reportable vendor payments; researching and resolving payment related issues; reviewing and resolving match errors; preparing journal entries; preparing vendor correspondence regarding payables related issues; explaining Accounts Payables rules, policies, and regulations to departments and vendors; answering department and vendor payment inquiries; data entry; compiling data for various reports.

The Department of Special Education, Rehabilitation and Counseling at California State University, San Bernardino invites applications for one tenure-track, open rank professor position in Counseling beginning August 2024. The Counseling program is a master's degree program that houses two distinct concentrations: professional counseling and school counseling. The professional counseling concentration prepares students to become Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors (LPCC), as regulated by The California Board of Behavioral Sciences, while the school counseling concentration prepares students for a California Pupil Personnel Services Credential (PPS), as granted by the California Teaching Commission. We offer a dual track option as well, where students are prepared for LPCC & PPS qualifications concurrently. In both tracks, students are trained from a social constructionist narrative framework in practice oriented counseling courses. We also offer a minor in Counseling and Social Change, as this minor intends to offer an interdisciplinary approach that invites students to explore the ways social and political contexts shape people’s experiences, relationships, and the stories that shape us. We are seeking energetic and innovative candidates who have a background in counseling and/or school counseling with particular interest and practice in postmodern counseling with emphasis on equity, social justice, restorative justice, and culturally sustaining approaches. CSUSB CAMP and HEP currently recruit in the Coachella Valley, however, the outreach area will be expanded, as needed, to meet objectives. The incumbent will work diligently to meet program objectives to recruit, enroll and support, 50 CAMP Scholars, and 75 HEP scholars annually.
