Career Transition & Resource Coordinator/WorkAbility IV (UEC) San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
Under the supervision of the WorkAbility IV (WA-IV) Lead Program Coordinator, the Career Transition & Resource Coordinator (CTRC) is responsible for planning, implementing, and carrying out employment preparation services for CSUSB students with disabilities who are clients of the Department of Rehabilitation (DOR) and enrolled in WA-IV services on the San Bernardino Campus. The CTRC serves as a direct source of program information to include the dissemination of information on WA-IV’s social media platforms related to employment preparation.
Front Office Support (ASA II) / Services to Students with Disabilities San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
Under direct supervision, the incumbent will provide direct services to students with disabilities and related staff/faculty support of facilitating student services, including clerical and administrative support. The incumbent will perform receptionist duties (answering telephones and greeting visitors); filing of documents; processing mail; typing forms, letters and memos; drafting reports and correspondence; and performing other clerical duties as assigned. The incumbent will assist in training student employees in front office procedures. Facilitates the Alternative Furniture accommodation. These tasks require daily interaction with support staff involved in coordinating services, SSD counselors and the SSD Director.

Under the general direction of the University Facilities Planning, Design & Construction Associate Director, the incumbent will perform project management and project administration duties for various planning, design and construction projects on campus. The Project Manager directs, manages, and oversees Major Capital projects from inception through the Project's closeout. Manages the predesign, design, and construction of projects from the initial concept development through turnover and occupancy. Analyzes and interprets projects' physical requirements based on the needs of the project. Responsible for seeing that all State, Public Works laws, CSU standards, code requirements, campus standards, and other factors are incorporated into solutions.

Students that we serve gain a broad base of skills in the areas of art, art history, craft, and design, as well as research, critical thinking, problem solving, and writing. Through our programs we strongly encourage an open approach to understanding how all aspects of art, craft, design and cultural production contribute to imperatives of diversity and community engagement.

Under general supervision, the Financial Aid Processor provides service assistance to students, parents and the general public regarding all federal, state, and institutional financial aid programs. The Financial Aid Processor is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all financial aid documents submitted to complete a students file. Assignments require the application of both general office clerical knowledge and sound judgment in using the principles, techniques, standards, guides and skills characteristic of a particular service program or activity. The Financial Aid Processor must exercise extreme discretion and adherence to regulations governing confidentiality and privacy of records (FERPA) is mandatory. They will provide a high level of sensitivity and a professional demeanor when working with students who are of varied age group, disability, diverse cultural and financial backgrounds often in highly stressful, emotionally charged situations. The Financial Aid Processor will process a variety of reports to assist in the delivery of financial aid effectively and efficiently to students.
Accommodations Support Coordinator (ASC I) / Services to Students with Disabilities San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
Under the general supervision of the director, the incumbent will coordinate testing, mobility and class aide accommodations based on established procedures. These tasks involve maintaining spreadsheets, entering data into department databases, dispatching carts, communicating in written and oral formats with students, faculty and staff, and planning and scheduling students and student employees who assist with the facilitation of testing, mobility and class aide accommodations. The incumbent will supervise (including recruitment, hiring, training, evaluating and disciplining) up to 15+ student employees in the provision of accommodations, services and office operations.
