Donor Relations Coordinator (Administrative Support Coordinator I), Philanthropic Giving San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
The Donor Relations Coordinator will be part of an amazing team of Advancement professionals and will perform a wide range of responsibilities that will advance the donor relations efforts for the university. This position will provide key support and resources to the Director of Donor Relations and the Philanthropic Giving team to ensure donor relations and engagement strategies are being met by the campus.
Operations Manager/CAMP (UEC) San Bernardino - Palm Desert Campus, San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
The College Assistance Migrant Program (CAMP) is a federal program funded by the U.S. Department of Education under the Office of Migrant Education. The Operations Manager will report directly to the CSUSB CAMP/HEP Program Director and will be actively involved in the planning and implementation of all outlined grant objectives, but primarily focused on CAMP services and programs to meet national targets set forth by funding agency (U.S. Department of Education). CSUSB CAMP currently recruits in the Coachella Valley, however, the outreach area will be expanded, as needed, to meet objectives. The incumbent will work diligently to meet program objectives to recruit, enroll and support, 50 CAMP Scholars annually.
Director, Admissions Operations and Systems (Administrator II), Enrollment Management San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
Under the direction of the Associate Vice President, Enrollment Management, the Director, Admissions Operations and Systems provides leadership to the members of the admissions team and is responsible for achieving operational goals and objectives that are critical to admissions. Including, but not limited to, the successful completion of document processing, applicant file review and technology support for admissions processes. This position is responsible for the development and implementation of office business practices and policies to determine student eligibility for admissions to the University, determining residency status, and reviewing appeals for exceptions to University Policy.
University Registrar and Director (Administrator II), Registrars Office San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
The University Registrar and Director, Office of the Registrar is responsible for the appropriate management of student records including, but not limited to, course registration procedures, policies related to transfer coursework articulation, graduation processing and the distribution of transcripts and diplomas. The position oversees the work of the records, registration, articulation, and graduation teams within the Office of the Registrar and supports the institution on committees related to their work and responsibilities.

The Director for Donor Relations will plan and implement a comprehensive donor relations program that will strengthen CSUSB’s relationships with donors at all levels of giving. The Director will be responsible for developing and leading reporting and outreach initiatives to steward its donors and nurture continuous giving. The Director of Donor Relations will work strategically and integrate donor relations initiatives into the cultivation, solicitation, and engagement activities of CSUSB’s major gift efforts, annual giving, planned giving, and other areas. The Director will manage a portfolio of individual prospects in perpetual stewardship, and supervises the Donor Relations Coordinator.

W. Benson Harer Egyptology Scholar in Residence, History Department Visiting Faculty San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
The Department of History at California State University, San Bernardino (CSUSB) invites applications for the W. Benson Harer Egyptology Scholar in Residence. A successful candidate will be a member of the CSUSB community for one semester, either Fall 2024 (mid Aug- mid Dec) or Spring 2025 (mid Jan – late May). This position is designed for scholars taking a semester sabbatical from a home institution or as a postdoc for an up incoming scholar. The applicant should specialize in Ancient Egyptian History, Archaeology, Religion, Society, or Art anytime between the Predynastic to the Roman Periods. The successful candidate will receive housing, a partial meal plan, $2,500 towards relocation expenses, and a $26,000 stipend. CSUSB hosts the Robert and Frances Fullerton Museum of Art (RAFFMA), which includes an important collection of approximately 500 artifacts dating from the Predynastic Period to the Coptic Period. School of Social Work, Full Time Lecturer - PDC Coordinator of Field Education San Bernardino - Palm Desert Campus
The Field Coordinator will be responsible for the implementation and administration of the general policies of the Palm Desert Field Education Program within the School of Social Work including student recruitment, field instruction and support, performance evaluation, internship placement, tracking and statistical analysis, and retention support. The Field Coordinator will work directly with the Director of Field to manage, train, and support Faculty Field Liaisons. The Field Coordinator will work with the School’s Director of Field education and agency representatives to develop field placements and learning experiences for Palm Desert students that meet School of Social Work requirements and execute affiliation agreements. The Field Coordinator will assist with the development and implementation of on-campus and online training for field instructors and on-campus Field Orientations. The Field Coordinator will provide representation of the School of Social Work at local, regional, state and national meetings.

Administrative Support Assistant/SSD WAIV (UEC) San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
Under direction of the SSD Director and with guidance from and the SSD Administrative Analyst; the incumbent will provide direct services to students with disabilities and related staff/faculty in supporting the WAIV program to include clerical and administrative support such as scheduling appointments, handling confidential and routine correspondence, maintaining calendars, preparing basic reports and assist in data collection, maintaining files, performing routine maintenance of files, prepare meeting agendas, and other clerical duties as assigned. The incumbent will greet students and provide additional front office support and provide support and updates to the WAIV website. Provides support with the preparation and review of time sheets and reimbursements. These tasks require daily interaction with support staff involved in the coordination of SSD services, WAIV staff and the WAIV program administrator. Under direct supervision, the incumbent provides direct support to the WAIV Administrator to include scheduling meetings, updating calendars, preparing meeting agendas, preparing specialized reports, monthly status reports and assist with travel coordination. The incumbent will carry out other duties as assigned in compliance with the classification standards and program needs. These may include, but are not limited to, office organization and attendance at meetings and trainings.

The Practicum Specialist reports to the Director of Field Education for the School of Social Work. The Practicum Specialist provides support to the Director of Field Education to manage offsite supplemental practicum-based needs and training.
