| Under general direction, the Program Admissions Advisor independently performs complex student services work to support prospective students. This includes providing detailed guidance on admissions processes, program overviews, testing requirements, application steps, deadlines, and tuition costs for various academic programs, including Special Education, Counseling/PPS, School Psychology/PPS, Rehabilitation Counseling, and Educational Administration. This role involves conducting in-person and online information sessions, using a high degree of knowledge and judgment to best advise students on program selection, and screening applicants for appropriate program admission. Additionally, the advisor schedules and distributes notifications for program information sessions, ensuring prospective students receive timely and accurate information to navigate the admissions process effectively. |

| The Department of Special Education, Rehabilitation and Counseling within the College of Education is seeking applications for a pool of part-time lecturers as needed. Possible appointments include University Supervisor/Clinical Supervisor and providing instructions to courses in the master’s degree programs or teaching and pupil personnel services (PPS) credential programs. Applications are welcomed from candidates with one or more of the following specialties: Counseling and Guidance, School Psychology, Special Education, and Rehabilitation Counseling. Rank and salary are commensurate with qualifications, experience and time base. |
