High Desert region (Apple Valley, Adelanto, Hesperia, Victorville, Barstow)
Riverside County (Riverside, Moreno Valley, Corona-Norco, Perris, Jurupa Valley, and surrounding areas)
Each counselor will manage partnerships with designated high schools and community colleges in their region, promoting CSUSB by sharing information on admissions, tuition, financial aid, academic programs, and student support services. Key responsibilities include conducting presentations for prospective students, families, and school partners, as well as participating in campus and community events. Outreach strategies will be customized to meet the specific needs of each territory, ensuring strong visibility and engagement. |

This position plays a critical role in establishing and nurturing sustainable international partnerships, both to enhance CSUSB’s reputation and to internationalize its campus community and academic activities. The incumbent will contribute to the program development, partner relationship management, and policy interpretation, exploring diverse opportunities for CSUSB around the world. In particular, building on previous foundations for CSUSB’s partnerships in China, the incumbent develops China-specific strategies to identify new partnership opportunities, expand current partnerships, and increase international student enrollment.
