Under the direction of the Associate Director of Operations and Student Development the Membership Services Coordinator provides membership services and management, exceptional service excellence, student staff oversight, business support and Fusion POS system management for the Department of Recreation & Wellness. The Coordinator develops and executes a membership plan with target membership goals to meet the needs of a diverse campus community. This person will need to be able to solve on-the-job issues by utilizing effective critical thinking and decision-making skills and willing to learn and have good knowledge of Fusion software. They should possess the ability to work both independently and as a team member. Finally, they shall demonstrate the ability to work effectively with a diverse campus population.
Discovery and Systems Librarian/Senior Assistant Librarian San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
California State University, San Bernardino’s libraries invite applications from forward-thinking, usability-focused, collaborative, librarians to implement, maintain, and assess library systems which enhance discovery and access of library materials and services at our San Bernardino and Palm Desert campus libraries. The Discovery and Systems Librarian is a full-time, tenure-track position with the rank of Senior Assistant Librarian that reports to the dean of the libraries. You have primary responsibility for configuring, developing, and sustaining Primo VE, the platform behind the library’s OneSearch discovery system, and additional third-party library systems such as Springshare products. As the libraries’ liaison to ITS departments on both campuses, you represent the libraries’ needs and advocate for resources. You consult with them on library technology and supporting systems’ configurations, and maintenance as needed. You participate in reference service, collection development, and liaison duties. The successful candidate will be expected to meet retention, promotion, and tenure (RPT) standards for tenure-track library faculty in three areas: (1) professional assignment; (2) research, scholarly, or creative contributions; and, (3) university and/or community service. The library provides support for and fosters intellectual endeavors. Librarians are valued as faculty with their own varied research interests which may not be limited to library science. Applicants selected for in-person interviews will be reimbursed for any travel expenses they incur. Should the successful candidate need to relocate, moving expenses will be reimbursed.

The NCLEX Success Specialist (NSS) works with the Department of Nursing faculty and students to promote continuous improvement by assessing and evaluating students’ progress in the program through the use of Mountain Measurement and ATI formative and summative assessments. The NSS creates a strategic plan for students and faculty utilizing resources available, specifically ATI and Evolve-Elsevier resources. This position will assist the faculty implement plans for improvement of students across the BSN program.

The Department of Management at California State University, San Bernardino (CSUSB) seeks a diverse group of outstanding applicants for an open-rank tenure track faculty position in the area of Sustainability Management or a closely related field such as Business Ethics and Strategy starting from Fall 2023. By the appointment date, candidates for the assistant professor position should possess an earned doctorate from an accredited institution in the area of Sustainability Management or a closely related field such as Business Ethics and Strategy. Candidates should demonstrate teaching potential with a diverse student body at the undergraduate and graduate levels with a minimum of one semester as an instructor. Candidates should have established scholarly accomplishments in alignment with AACSB Scholarly Academic (SA) standing, appropriate to rank. Expectations for the position include teaching classes related to Sustainability Management and another management discipline (ideally Business Ethics and/or Strategy) at both the undergraduate and graduate levels and significant participation in program development and leadership. The Liberal Studies Program at California State University San Bernardino is accepting applications on an on-going basis for our pool of part-time lecturers for upper and lower division Liberal Studies courses that address introduction, resources, portfolio development, and assessment of students preparing to pursue the multiple subjects teaching credential. The Director of Counseling and Psychological Services will manage the department’s fiscal, physical, health-care risk management, and personnel resources, being the primary decision-maker regarding the allocation of psychological resources to address student emotional needs and overall wellbeing. The director will also supervise the campus’ Sexual Assault Survivor Advocate.
