John M. Pfau Library - Student Success Librarian 12 Month San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
Reporting to the Dean of the CSUSB Libraries, the Student Success Librarian will coordinate library outreach and instruction efforts for first- and second-year students and transfer students. Working closely with the Outreach Librarian and Instruction Librarian, this person will promote library services, programs, and collections through external partnerships, program development, workshops, and targeted support. The Student Success Librarian will remain current with developments and trends in teaching, research, and learning that impact CSUSB students, such as AI tools, and will be proactive in incorporating such developments in instructional and programmatic library offerings. The successful candidate will be expected to meet retention, promotion, and tenure standards for tenure-track library faculty in three areas: (1) professional assignments; (2) research, scholarly, or creative contributions; and (3) university and/or community service. The library provides support for and fosters intellectual endeavors. Librarians are valued as faculty with their own varied research interests which may not be limited to library science.   Applicants selected for in-person interviews will be reimbursed for any travel expenses they incur. Should the successful candidate need to relocate, moving expenses may be partially reimbursed.  
School of Entrepreneurship - Part-time Lecturer Pool San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
The School of Entrepreneurship is seeking battle tested entrepreneurial leaders to help mentor and grow the next generation of entrepreneurs for the Inland Empire! We are looking for highly motivated and driven entrepreneurs and business professionals that have a strong desire to share their knowledge and experience, and are interested in teaching, mentoring and coaching students studying Entrepreneurship in Cal State San Bernardino’s globally ranked program (#38 in the World, 2025 The Princeton Review and Entrepreneur Magazine Rankings). Unlike most academic departments, the School of Entrepreneurship – the first and only school of its kind in California – operates in an entrepreneurial fashion to help students acquire the knowledge and competencies to become successful entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs. With a focus on experiential learning and an innovative curriculum/pedagogy, we guide students through the process of creating, launching and managing a business venture. The School delivers more than 20 unique courses in degree focused programs at the undergraduate and graduate level, including a bachelor’s concentration in Entrepreneurship and a dedicated Master of Science in Entrepreneurship and Innovation (MSEI).
Psychology Part-Time Lecturer Pool San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
The Department of Psychology seeks applicants for its part-time lecturer pool. We are seeking experienced, well-organized, and student-centered individuals to teach in the following subject areas: general psychology, biological psychology/neuroscience, clinical psychology, cognitive psychology, developmental psychology, social psychology, and statistics. Candidates must have at least a Master’s degree in a field relevant to the curriculum of the Department of Psychology. Preference will be given to candidates who have prior teaching experience at the college or university level and who can furnish evidence of strong teaching. A Ph.D. or extensive professional experience is desirable for teaching upper-division courses (300- or 400-level) and required for 500-level graduate courses. Candidates should demonstrate their ability to interact and work effectively with a wide and culturally diverse range of students, including first-generation college students. Preference will be given to those with experience in working with diverse populations and fostering a collaborative, supportive and inclusive environment. Preference will also be given to those with relevant work experience and those who bring professional capabilities. This is a pool of part-time lecturers for the department to draw on as necessary and all appointments are temporary. Staffing decisions are made on a rolling basis typically beginning a few months prior to the start of an academic term right up to the beginning of the academic term. We recommend submitting your application at least 4 months before the beginning of an academic term to be considered for available positions.

The Property Management department requires a Property Clerk II to ensure accurate tracking, control, and compliance with state regulations and audit requirements for university assets. This position is essential to maintaining the integrity of the campus-wide property database, supporting inventory reconciliation, coordinating equipment tagging and disposals, and processing asset transfers and documentation. Incumbents in this classification are assigned the larger and more complex property control units. Incumbents may also be required to register and keep records on all motor vehicles, boats, trailers, and other equipment requiring licenses.

Work is performed with minimal oversight focused on ensuring alignment with overall objectives. Handles multiple work priorities and may provide lead work direction with accountability for results.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree is required, master's preferred.  Coaching experience at the collegiate level or higher.

Payroll Coordinator/UEC Payroll Department (UEC) San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
UEC is a private, non-profit organization whose purpose is to support CSUSB's educational mission by providing quality services that complement the instructional program and is located on the CSUSB campus. UEC is responsible for business enterprises on campus. UEC also serves as the grantee for federal, state and local funding for research and sponsored projects. Under the general supervision of the UEC HR and PR Manager, the incumbent will perform a full range of varied, technical work assignments involving the use of judgment and discretion in support of the University Enterprises Corporation "UEC" Payroll Department_. UEC Payroll processes semi-monthly payroll for all auxiliary organizations (UEC, Student Union, ASI, Foundation) on the CSUSB campus for approximately 500-700 paychecks per period.
