They are responsible for reconciling rental assistance, verifying payment records, and maintaining accuracy in financial documentation. The Administrative Assistant facilitates payments when needed, working
closely with Housing Navigators and community partners to coordinate timely rental assistance to support housing stability for participants. Additional duties include program reporting, compiling data for quarterly progress reports, maintaining case management records, and supporting outcome tracking. The Administrative Assistant also manages scheduling for Housing Navigators and the Program Manager, coordinating meetings,
community outreach events, and participant follow-up assessments. Their organizational support enhances operational efficiency, allowing staff to focus on delivering effective reentry and housing stability services. |

Housing Navigator/CSRI RESET (UEC)

| The Housing Navigator provides direct support to participants in the RESET Program by assisting them in securing and maintaining stable housing. This position works under the supervision of the Program Manager to develop individualized housing stability plans, coordinate rental assistance, and connect participants with wraparound services. In
addition, the Housing Navigator will provide Substance Use Disorder (SUD) counseling and relapse prevention services as part of a comprehensive support plan. The Housing Navigator engages participants using a culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and evidence-based approach, supporting their long-term housing and community
reintegration success. |
