Administrative Support Coordinator/CSRI RESET (UEC) San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
The Administrative Assistant plays a crucial support role, ensuring efficient program operations and accurate financial management. They are responsible for reconciling rental assistance, verifying payment records, and maintaining accuracy in financial documentation. The Administrative Assistant facilitates payments when needed, working closely with Housing Navigators and community partners to coordinate timely rental assistance to support housing stability for participants. Additional duties include program reporting, compiling data for quarterly progress reports, maintaining case management records, and supporting outcome tracking. The Administrative Assistant also manages scheduling for Housing Navigators and the Program Manager, coordinating meetings, community outreach events, and participant follow-up assessments. Their organizational support enhances operational efficiency, allowing staff to focus on delivering effective reentry and housing stability services.
Housing Navigator/CSRI RESET (UEC) San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
The Housing Navigator provides direct support to participants in the RESET Program by assisting them in securing and maintaining stable housing. This position works under the supervision of the Program Manager to develop individualized housing stability plans, coordinate rental assistance, and connect participants with wraparound services. In addition, the Housing Navigator will provide Substance Use Disorder (SUD) counseling and relapse prevention services as part of a comprehensive support plan. The Housing Navigator engages participants using a culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and evidence-based approach, supporting their long-term housing and community reintegration success.
Program Manager/CSRI RESET (UEC) San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
The Program Manager oversees the RESET Program, ensuring the delivery of effective housing stability and community reintegration services. This position provides leadership and supervision to Housing Navigators, guiding them in developing personalized housing stability plans, coordinating rental assistance, and delivering wraparound case management. The Program Manager ensures services are culturally relevant, trauma-informed, and aligned with evidence-based practices. Preference is given to candidates with Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) certification to provide expert guidance on Substance Use Disorder (SUD) counseling and relapse prevention. In addition, the Program Manager maintains strong partnerships with parole agents, BSCC, CDCR, local housing providers, and community-based organizations to expand access to transitional and permanent housing, reduce barriers and stigma for justice-involved individuals, and strengthen supportive service networks.
Caseworker/CSRI Indio (UEC) San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
The Caseworker serves as a primary point of contact providing direct support and case management services to individuals transitioning from incarceration back into the community to help them navigate personal, social, and system goals and challenges.
