| The Operations Manager/HEP will report directly to the CSUSB CAMP/HEP Program Director and will be actively
involved in the planning and implementation of all outlined grant objectives, but primarily focused on

Education). CSUSB CAMP currently recruits in the Coachella Valley, however, the outreach area will be
expanded, as needed, to meet objectives. The incumbent will work diligently to meet program

The incumbent will conduct active job searches and placement opportunities for parolees by contacting and visiting local employers and human resources departments to obtain individual interviews, as well as developing on-the-job training opportunities and vocational education. This position requires group and one-on-one training in job development. |

| The NCLEX Success Specialist (NSS) works with the Department of Nursing faculty and students to promote continuous improvement by assessing and evaluating students’ progress in the program through the use of Mountain Measurement and ATI formative and summative assessments. The NSS creates a strategic plan for students and faculty utilizing resources available, specifically ATI and Evolve-Elsevier resources. This position will assist the faculty implement plans for improvement of students across the BSN program. |
