The Director has direct oversight of business analysts and software developers in the implementation of institutional wide platforms and integration of all third-party applications with PeopleSoft Student Information System. This position will also contribute to the oversight of campuswide and CSU-wide data architecture maintenance and systems integration, and aid in developing plans for future upgrades, enhancements, expansions, and sustainable operations in alignment with the institution’s growing data needs.

Provide CVWBC consulting, training, and information services in the region to pre-venture, start-up, small and medium-sized businesses. Community outreach responsibilities will include public presentations to key stakeholders and service on appropriate boards and committees related to economic development. Document information, assistance, and outcomes of sessions with clients related to consulting and training activities performed by the consultant. Provide Center with timely reports related to milestones and success stories of client economic outcomes. Individuals must conduct their own lead generation through creating partnerships with cities, chambers of commerce, business associations, etc. to find clients.

Payroll Coordinator/UEC Payroll Department (UEC) San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
UEC is a private, non-profit organization whose purpose is to support CSUSB's educational mission by providing quality services that complement the instructional program and is located on the CSUSB campus. UEC is responsible for business enterprises on campus. UEC also serves as the grantee for federal, state and local funding for research and sponsored projects. Under the general supervision of the UEC HR and PR Manager, the incumbent will perform a full range of varied, technical work assignments involving the use of judgment and discretion in support of the University Enterprises Corporation "UEC" Payroll Department_. UEC Payroll processes semi-monthly payroll for all auxiliary organizations (UEC, Student Union, ASI, Foundation) on the CSUSB campus for approximately 500-700 paychecks per period.

John M. Pfau Library - Student Success Librarian 12 Month San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
Reporting to the Dean of the CSUSB Libraries, the Student Success Librarian will coordinate library outreach and instruction efforts for first- and second-year students and transfer students. Working closely with the Outreach Librarian and Instruction Librarian, this person will promote library services, programs, and collections through external partnerships, program development, workshops, and targeted support. The Student Success Librarian will remain current with developments and trends in teaching, research, and learning that impact CSUSB students, such as AI tools, and will be proactive in incorporating such developments in instructional and programmatic library offerings. The successful candidate will be expected to meet retention, promotion, and tenure standards for tenure-track library faculty in three areas: (1) professional assignments; (2) research, scholarly, or creative contributions; and (3) university and/or community service. The library provides support for and fosters intellectual endeavors. Librarians are valued as faculty with their own varied research interests which may not be limited to library science.   Applicants selected for in-person interviews will be reimbursed for any travel expenses they incur. Should the successful candidate need to relocate, moving expenses may be partially reimbursed.

University Registrar and Director (Administrator II), Office of the Registrar San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
Reporting directly to the Vice President for Strategic Enrollment Management and Marketing (VP SEMM), the University Registrar and Director, Office of the Registrar, is responsible for the appropriate management of student records, including, but not limited to, course registration procedures, policies related to transfer coursework articulation, graduation processing, and the distribution of transcripts and diplomas. Department of Music - Assistant Professor San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
To lead our Bachelor of Music undergraduate program in Music Therapy as program director and professor. This position will include program development, as our program is in its initial stages, as well as liaison responsibilities with sites (and practitioners) in the Inland Empire and San Bernardino County that provide music therapy. This position is thus both student-facing and community-facing, and will involve student advising and recruiting responsibilities, as well as oversight for music therapy clinical fieldwork and internships. Along with teaching and program-building, this position also supports active involvement in research and professional scholarship.
