FT Lecturer - Department of Public Administration San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
The Department of Public Administration at California State University, San Bernardino invites applications from a diverse group of qualified applicants for a Full Time Lecturer to begin August 2021. The Department of Public Administration seeks an energetic and innovative educator to join the team as a full time Lecturer beginning August 2021. Candidates must be qualified to teach NASPAA and AACSB accredited courses in both upper division undergraduate and Master’s level public administration. Preference will be given to candidates with teaching (online and face to face) and practitioner experience. Full Time Lecturers focus on teaching. The teaching load for a Full Time Lecturer begins at a 5/5 load, but may be reduced through academic qualifications and other duties, including online and large class courses. Teaching responsibilities may include courses at either the San Bernardino or Palm Desert Campuses. Department of Teacher Education and Foundations (TEF) - Coordinator of Multiple Subject Program & Full-time Lecturer San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
The Department of Teacher Education and Foundations seeks a Full-time Multiple Subject Program Coordinator to assume the coordination of the Multiple Subject Credential Program. The individual will work closely with the Department Chair, faculty, staff and students. The key duties of the program coordinator include: 1. Prepare all required program documents in a timely manner. 2. Prepare annual program reports with projections of program needs for long range planning. 3. Recommend to the chair budget requests for equipment and materials. 4. Schedule and convene regular program faculty meetings and maintain minutes. 5. Schedule and convene regular program advisory meetings and maintain minutes. 6. Take a leadership role in program development, evaluation, revision of program documents, and responsibility for integrity of program curriculum. 7. Consult with department chair regarding part time program instructors. 8. Conduct, as appropriate, part time faculty orientations for instructors and supervisors, and maintain contact with them. 9. Prepare and submit to the chair the tentative class schedule. 10. Inform faculty of program office hours, to ensure coverage each day of the week. 11. Engage in public relations functions related to the program by maintaining visibility in the college, the University, and the community. 12. Prepare program promotional materials and maintain an updated web site. 13. Provide leadership in the recruitment, selection, and advisement of students. 14. Coordinate required components for the program(s). 15. Attend meetings of the Graduate Council and COE Program Leadership.

History Department, Visiting Faculty San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
The Department of History at California State University, San Bernardino (CSUSB) invites applications for the W. Benson Harer Egyptology Scholar in Residence. This successful candidate will be a member of the CSUSB community for the Spring 2022 semester (Jan 18-May 31, 2022). A Fall 2021 (Aug 16 – Dec 11, 2021) appointment may be considered as an alternative for an established scholar taking sabbatical leave from his/her home institution. The applicant should specialize in Ancient Egyptian History, Society, Archaeology, or Art anytime between the Predynastic to the Roman Periods. The successful candidate will receive housing, a partial meal plan, $2,500 towards relocation expenses, and a $20,000 stipend. CSUSB hosts the Robert and Frances Fullerton Museum of Art (RAFFMA), which includes one of the largest collections of Ancient Egyptian artifacts in Southern California. The collection includes over 2000 artifacts dating from the Predynastic Period to the Coptic Period.
School of Social Work - Assistant or Associate Professor, Tenure Track San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus

Psychology Part-Time Lecturer Pool San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus, San Bernardino - Palm Desert Campus
The Department of Psychology seeks applicants for its part-time lecturer pool. We are seeking experienced, well-organized, and student-centered individuals to teach in the following subject areas: general psychology, biological psychology/neuroscience, clinical psychology, cognitive psychology, developmental psychology, social psychology, and statistics. Candidates must have at least a Master’s degree in a field relevant to the curriculum of the Department of Psychology. Preference will be given to candidates who have prior teaching experience at the college or university level and who can furnish evidence of strong teaching. A Ph.D. or extensive professional experience is desirable for teaching upper-division courses (300- or 400-level) and required for 500-level graduate courses. Candidates should demonstrate their ability to interact and work effectively with a wide and culturally diverse range of students, including first-generation college students. Preference will be given to those with experience in working with diverse populations and fostering a collaborative, supportive and inclusive environment. Preference will also be given to those with relevant work experience and those who bring professional capabilities. This is a pool of part-time lecturers for the department to draw on as necessary and all appointments are temporary. Staffing decisions are made on a rolling basis typically beginning a few months prior to the start of an academic term right up to the beginning of the academic term. We recommend submitting your application at least 4 months before the beginning of an academic term to be considered for available positions.

The Department of Communication Studies invites applications for a tenure track, Assistant Professor of Journalism position.
