School of Social Work, Full Time Lecturer - Pathway Practicum Coordinator San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
Pathway Practicum Coordinator The Practicum Coordinator will be responsible for the implementation and administration of the general policies of the Pathway Distance Education Practicum Education Program within the School of Social Work including student recruitment, practicum instruction and support, performance evaluation, internship placement, tracking and statistical analysis, and retention support. The Practicum Coordinator will work directly with the Director of Practicum to manage, train, and support Faculty Practicum Liaisons. The Practicum Coordinator will work with the School’s Director of Practicum Education, Pathway Practicum Coordinator, and agency representatives to develop practicum placements and learning experiences for Pathway Distance Education students that meet School of Social Work requirements and execute affiliation agreements. The Practicum Coordinator will assist with the development and implementation of on campus and online training for practicum instructors and on-campus Practicum Orientations. The Practicum Coordinator will provide representation of the School of Social Work at local, regional, state and national meetings. This position supports students and instructors in our Pathways MSW Distance Education (online) Program. The position itself is an on-campus position and does require occasional evening and weekend availability.

Department of Anthropology Part-time Lecturer Pool San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
The Department of Anthropology seeks applicants for its part-time lecturer pool. We are seeking experienced, well-organized, and student-centered individuals to teach in the following subject areas: sociocultural anthropology, biological anthropology and/or archaeology. Candidates must have at least a Master’s degree in a field relevant to the curriculum of the Department of Anthropology. Preference will be given to candidates who have prior teaching experience at the college or university level and who can furnish evidence of strong teaching. A Ph.D. is desirable for teaching upper-division courses (3000, 4000 or 5000-level) and required for 6000-level graduate courses. Candidates should demonstrate their ability to interact and work effectively with a wide and culturally diverse range of students, including first-generation college students. Preference will be given to those with experience in working with diverse populations and fostering a collaborative, supportive and inclusive environment. This is a pool of part-time lecturers for the department to draw on as necessary and all appointments are temporary. The position is open to candidates who can teach research and macro curriculum to our MSW and BASW students. W. Benson Harer Egyptology Scholar in Residence, History Department Visiting Faculty San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
The Department of History at California State University, San Bernardino (CSUSB) invites applications for the W. Benson Harer Egyptology Scholar in Residence. A successful candidate will be a member of the CSUSB community for one semester, either Fall 2025 (mid Aug- mid Dec) or Spring 2026 (mid Jan – late May). This position is designed for scholars taking a semester sabbatical from a home institution or as a postdoc for an up incoming scholar. The applicant should specialize in Ancient Egyptian History, Archaeology, Religion, Society, or Art anytime between the Predynastic to the Roman Periods. The successful candidate will receive housing, a partial meal plan, $2,500 towards relocation expenses, and a $26,000 stipend. This is a full time tenure track position with a half-time chair appointment. The Chair is expected to provide leadership in shaping and facilitating the future of the department including faculty and staff development, faculty mentoring, strategic planning, and student recruitment and success initiatives. The Liberal Studies Program at California State University San Bernardino is accepting applications on an on-going basis for our pool of part-time lecturers for upper and lower division Liberal Studies courses that address introduction, resources, portfolio development, and assessment of students preparing to pursue the multiple subjects teaching credential. The Liberal Studies program is housed under the College of Arts and Letters and offers a rich Liberal Arts & Liberal Studies educational experience through selected courses from a wide range of academic disciplines. The major consists of a common core and a choice of several tracks designed to meet diverse student interests and needs not only for teaching in schools, but also for leadership in government, non-profit organizations, and business, and for graduate education in law, counseling, social work and services, public affairs and administration, and educational leadership.
