| The Police Dispatcher(s) will perform a full range of standard dispatch classification related duties on rotating shifts. The Police Dispatcher(s) will receive information, complaints, requests and signals from a variety of communication equipment. The incumbent will evaluate information received, determine a proper course of action, and disseminate information. The Police Dispatcher(s)will handle police, parking and other types of radio traffic, maintain all information in a computer aided dispatch system and perform other classification related duties as assigned.
