College Interventionist and Retention Counselor (Student Services Professional II), CSBS Student Success Center San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
Under the general direction of the College of Social & Behavioral Sciences (CSBS) Dean and the general supervision of the CSBS Assistant Dean of Student Success, the CSBS College Interventionist & Retention Counselor assist with the CSBS Student Success Center’s day-to-day operations, coordinates student services within the College, and performs a variety of complex and/or sensitive professional student service work that involve multifaceted concerns from preadmission to the university through graduation. Collaborate with other campus departments including relevant units in Student Affairs and Academic Affairs, such as Academic Success and Undergraduate Advising (ASUA), the Career Center, CSBS Writing and Statistics Lab, Office of the Registrar, Counseling & Psychological Services, Campus Assessment, Response and Education (CARE) Team, Services for Students with Disabilities, etc.
Administrative Support Coordinator (Administrative Support Coordinator II), Faculty Center of Excellence San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
Work is performed independently and under the general direction of the Associate Vice President, serve as the Administrative Support Coordinator for the Faculty Center for Excellence and its constituent units, including the Teaching Resource Center, the Faculty Mentoring Program, Academic Technologies and Instructional Design, the Extended Reality for Learning [xREAL] Lab, the Affordable Learning Solutions Program, the High-Performance Computing Program. Primary responsibilities include providing administrative and analytic support for the Faculty Center for Excellence (FCE) and its constituent units by coordinating, identifying, and delegating complex project needs including but not limited to: event coordination, fielding inquiries, timekeeping for staff, budget management, and coordination of administrative support services for the office.

Under general supervision of the Director of the Educational Opportunity Program (EOP) in collaboration with the Director of Admissions of Operations & Systems, the Student Services Professional II position is responsible for performing moderately complex professional student service work in that assignments typically require the application of both knowledge and judgment in using the principles, techniques, standards, guides and professional skills characteristic of a particular student service program or activity. This position requires: both interviewing and counseling techniques; judgment to recommend solutions to problems and changes in program procedures; and acting as spokesperson within the area of expertise.

Training Coordinator/IESBDC (UEC) San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
Full time position reports to the IESBDC Director and will coordinate and market small business training events, assist in program development, manage training and client databases, and provide program reporting results. Inland Empire SBDC training program encompasses approximately 120 - 150 events each calendar year. Training events are held at all full time SBDC offices in Riverside, San Bernardino, and at 13 outreach offices in Riverside and San Bernardino Counties.
Program Manager/Entrepreneurial Resource Centers (ERC) (UEC) San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
The newly created Entrepreneurial Resource Center (ERC) program, operated by CSUSB’s Inland Empire Center for Entrepreneurship (IECE), provides an easily accessible hub for small business support services, strategically located in both Riverside and San Bernardino counties. Each ERC delivers a wide range of business counseling and training programs through established IECE programs such as the Inland Empire Small Business Development Center (IESBDC) and Women’s Business Centers (WBC) to support startups and existing businesses. In addition, each ERC has “Affiliate Partners” working collaboratively with IECE and its programs. These are non-CSUSB entrepreneurial support organizations that provide specific training and technical assistance to support small business owners and entrepreneurs in the Inland Southern California region at each ERC location.
Workers’ Compensation Program Manager (Administrator I) - Risk Management San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
