Under the direct supervision of the Manager of Operations, this position independently manages the University's Public Records Requests, ensuring compliance with state and federal laws; coordinates document collection and tracking requests; and facilitates data delivery. As the Office Lead, the incumbent serves as the key department contact, managing all front office operations and responding to inquiries in a pleasant, customer service-oriented manner and in a timely fashion. The incumbent will support the Vice President, Manager of Operations, Chief Data Officer, and Executive Director for Audit and Advisory Services with administrative tasks, research, and report generation and communicate with internal and external partners, ensuring policy adherence and efficient operations across the Division. This position is regularly involved in communications that may affect collective bargaining unit conditions and negotiations.

Lecturer-Music PT Pool Position (Mariachi) San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
The Department of Music seeks a part-time lecturer to direct CSUSB’s Mariachi Los Coyotes (MUS 3834) beginning Fall semester 2024. Mariachi Los Coyotes is a recently-established ensemble open to all CSUSB students (of any major) and community members who sing or play violin, viola, cello, double bass, trumpet, harp, guitar, vihuela, or guitarron. The ensemble is also open to high-school students through CSUSB’s Open University Program.

The High School Equivalency Program (HEP) helps migratory and seasonal farmworkers (or children of such workers) who are 16 years of age or older and not currently enrolled in school to obtain the equivalent of a high school diploma and, subsequently, to gain employment or begin postsecondary education or training.
Tutor Coordinator/ICDFR (UEC) San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
Under the direction of ICDFR Directors, this position allows individuals the rare opportunity to expand their knowledge from the classroom and connect with the population they will serve in the San Bernardino County. The K-12 Homeless Youth Students Deserve Success program connects CSUSB students to unhoused youth residing in San Bernardino. CSUSB Students are able integrate their understanding of individual differences, motivation, and subject content to provide academic support to students grades K-12. The Tutor Coordinator role will design and assign educational activities, monitor student progress on homework completion, and perform tutor responsibilities such as cleaning and organizing the classroom supplies. This position will engage and build relationships with students, parents and program personnel, help students develop teamwork and leadership skills, and provide academic guidance. The Tutor Coordinator must be able to diffuse verbal and emotional conflicts, provide emotional support, and enforce rules to provide an engaging learning environment.
