University Center for Developmental Disabilities (UCDD) is a program that serves children with developmental disabilities and their families. UCDD is administered through University Enterprises Corporation (UEC) at CSUSB. The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining the administrative functions of UCDD. Some major administrative functions are billing, invoicing, procurement, maintenance orders, HR process, and payroll process.
Department of Psychology - Department Chair 12 Month (Internal Candidates Only) San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
The successful candidate will provide responsible and professional leadership in managing the day-to-day operational needs of the department, including supervision of support staff, scheduling courses, evaluating and mentoring faculty, facilitating conflict resolution, fiscal management and allocating facilities and equipment for teaching, research and service activities. Within the Department, the Chair works closely with an Associate Chair on scheduling and curriculum matters. The Chair will also represent the Department and College with on- and off-campus constituencies and maintain positive public relations with these groups. In addition, the Chair is encouraged to develop and participate in activities that support the university's strategic plan. School of Social Work Full-Time Lecturer 12 Month San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
The School of Social Work invites applications for multiple 12-month, full-time lecturer appointments focused on practicum education and Title IV-E child welfare initiatives. Appointees will advance the School’s mission across the BASW and MSW programs at the San Bernardino and Palm Desert campuses and within the online MSW program. Assignments vary by position and may include: directing practicum operations; placing students in practicum, ensuring strong relationships with agency partners, maintaining documentation and data; guaranteeing compliance with accreditation and university requirements; project management, grant application and management, and training and curriculum development. These roles emphasize practicum instruction and program administration with limited direct classroom teaching; specific duties will be determined by program needs and candidate expertise.

Under general supervision of the Parking Director, the Community Service Specialist will receive day-to-day lead work direction from a Lead Community Service Specialist II. This position is often the first presence a visitor will encounter when coming to campus and they play a critical role in supporting the mission of University Police Department and the University as a whole. The Community Service Specialist performs standard duties related to patrolling campus buildings, facilities and parking lots; enforcing established rules and regulations by taking the appropriate actions; and performing related community support functions.

Under general direction, the Lead HR Representative provides high-level administrative, confidential, and technical support to the Division of Human Resources. The role supports HR leadership with administrative functions, procurement, absence management, and sensitive reporting, while serving as a key liaison between front desk operations, HR leadership, and internal teams. As lead for HR Front Desk and Lobby operations, the position provides work direction to front-line staff, resolves complex inquiries, and implements process improvements using advanced knowledge of HR policies, best practices, and applicable laws. The incumbent independently manages multiple priorities and oversees key programs, including Volunteer Services, New Employee Orientation and Onboarding, and Offboarding/Separation, ensuring efficient, compliant, and service-oriented HR operations.

Under general direction, the Analyst provides high-level administrative, confidential, and technical support for Classification & Compensation Services. Responsibilities include conducting classification reviews of non-MPP and MPP positions, performing compensation market studies, participating in benchmark surveys, and supporting CSU Meet and Confer sessions and salary negotiations. The Analyst interprets and applies Collective Bargaining Agreements, CSU Classification Standards, and technical letters; reviews Independent Contractor requests in coordination with Procurement; supports grievance processes by gathering information, preparing correspondence, and coordinating with HR Employee & Labor Relations; and participates in classification studies conducted by the Chancellor's Office.

Nutrition Counseling Graduate Student Coordinators are responsible for coordinating client intake, scheduling and management for the Spring 2025 Nutrition Assessment and Education Program. This includes maintaining counseling spaces, maintaining counseling materials and handouts, creating advertisements and communicating with potential clients about eligibility and scheduling, coordinating undergraduate and graduate student counselors.
