The purpose of the Lead Student Employment Administrative Analyst/Specialist Exempt I is to provide expertise and lead work as it relates to the Student Employment program. Primary function of this position will be to oversee and monitor the ongoing progress of the student employment program that includes but is not limited to Human Resources, compliance, recognition and training. Responsible for accurate data entry of student assistant information in HRS systems.
Lead Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN II) / Student Affairs - Student Health Center San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
Under the work direction of the Supervising Nurse or designee, according to established protocol or as directed by a physician, physician assistant, nurse practitioner or registered nurse, the Lead LVN is responsible for coordinating all operational aspects of the patient flow. The Lead LVN should provide visionary leadership to maximize the effectiveness of all service delivery systems and the cultivation of a practice culture responsive to the college healthcare environment. The incumbent should have a working knowledge of EMR, excellent interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities. The Lead LVN will exercise authority to lead and motivate others; will utilize planning, problem-solving and critical thinking skills to anticipate, avert or resolve issues of staffing, scheduling and task allocation; have the ability to be flexible to maintain continuity of programs while considering individual staff needs and goals; understand and implement the requirements of providing patient care within a highly regulated and constantly changing environment; have the ability to understand college health care issues within a broad perspective and apply these issues to the clinical setting.

Under the direction of the Santos Manuel Student Union Executive Director, the Santos Manuel Student Union Marketing Manager is responsible for providing technical and administrative oversight for the planning, promotion, and execution of all advertising efforts, brand management, public relations and external communications of the SMSU. Supervises Creative Specialist and Communication and Media Specialist contracts, work orders and billing for internal and external clients. The Marketing Manager is an integral member of a hard-working team comprised of full-time and part-time staff within the Santos Manuel Student Union. The Marketing Manager must be able to demonstrate the ability to work effectively with a diverse population of program members, guests, and staff.

Under the direction of the Alternate Media Coordinator, the incumbent will assist with the conversion of written materials into alternate formats based on established procedures. This task involves scanning and Optical Character Recognition, editing, formatting and preparing of materials from print to alternate formats and requires daily to weekly interaction/coordination with the Alternate Media Coordinator and Director. The incumbent will ensure the proper assignment for proctoring exams and carrying out mobility services for students with disabilities based on established procedures.

Under general supervision of the Accessible Technology Services Coordinator, the incumbent will serve as key technical advisor to the campus community on instructional materials and digital content accessibility-related issues. Incumbent will use assistive software and accessibility tools to review and remediate digital content such as PDFs, documents, video and audio, presentations, etc. Incumbent will manage captioning workflow for the campus, including providing supervision to student labor, proofing and editing captions, adding them post-production, working with content creators across campus, interacting with outside vendor, and offering training to staff and faculty.
