Athletic Equipment Attendant II / Athletics Department San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
Under general supervision of the Senior Associate Athletics Director and lead of Game Operations and Facilities Coordinator, the incumbent will have oversight and management of the day to day operations for equipment operations across all sports in CSUSB Athletics, including procurement, repair, safety and branding initiatives. Ensures compliance with University policy, state and federal regulations and NCAA, CCAA rules and regulations
Well-being Coordinator (SMSU) San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
Under the direction of the Recreation & Wellness Director, Well-being Coordinator is responsible for planning, implementing, and assessing innovative and diverse programs and services that meet the needs of the CSUSB community related to a holistic approach to an individual’s overall health & well-being. Responsible for supervising student staff, managing the day-to-day operations of the center, and collaborating with campus partners to directly support the campus community in developing optimal health and well-being. In addition, the Well-being Coordinator has the responsibility of ensuring the success of the Wellness Center by providing multi-disciplinary health & well-being related functions with multiple campus partners that are involved in the Division of Student Affairs campus initiative, “Be Well Yotes”. Well-being Coordinator is an integral member of a hard-working team comprised of full-time and part-time staff within the Santos Manuel Student Union and Recreation & Wellness Department. They should possess the ability to work both independently and as a team member. Finally, they shall demonstrate the ability to work effectively with a diverse population of program members, guests, and staff.
Fitness Coordinator (SMSU) San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
Under the direction of the Recreation & Wellness Director, the Fitness Coordinator will be responsible for planning, implementing, and assessing innovative and diverse fitness programs and services that meet the needs of the CSUSB community. This includes personal training, group exercise, instructional classes & workshops, and providing remote support to the Palm Desert Campus (PDC) related to a comprehensive fitness program. The Fitness Coordinator is an integral member of a hard-working team comprised of full-time and part-time staff within the Santos Manuel Student Union and Recreation & Wellness Department.
Athletics Game Operations, Facilities and Special Events Coordinator (AA/S - Exempt I) / Athletics Department San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
Under the general supervision of the Senior Associate Athletics Director/Senior Woman Administrator, Department of Intercollegiate Athletics the Game Operations and Facilities Coordinator manages all Department of Intercollegiate Athletics sporting events, with an emphasis on fan and game day experience. The individual will be responsible for the execution of logistics, facilities maintenance scheduling, supervision and training of support staff on game management, and event setup and breakdown.
Athletics Marketing and Communications Specialist (PACS I) / Athletics Department San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
Under direct supervision of the Senior Associate Athletics Director/Senior Woman Administrator and direction from the Assistant Athletics Director/External Relations, the Marketing and Communications Coordinator for Athletics (Public Affairs/Communication Specialist I) will be responsible for media relations and event operations activities; provide positive promotion of CSUSB Athletics communication outlets and is responsible for the oversight of in-game statistics, game day management, and CSUSB Athletics website. A key member of the external staff, the Marketing and Communications Coordinator for Athletics, will help design and execute a comprehensive and operational marketing and communication plan.

Assistant Athletics Director, Student Athlete Success (SSP III) / Athletics Department San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
Under general direction of the Associate Director of Athletics for Administration, the Assistant Director of Athletics for Student-Athlete Success will oversee the successful academic development of CSUSB student-athletes. This position will coordinate, plan, develop, implement and maintain tutorial and study hall programs as well as determine and monitor student-athlete academic eligibility. The incumbent will work collaboratively with coaches, faculty and student-athletes concerning the academic development and success of all student-athletes. As academic lead, successful candidate will supervise the Johnny Ann Ralph Room for Student-Athlete Academic Success.
