The Executive Director analyzes complex budget policies, promotes fiscal integrity, and collaborates with campus leaders and Fiscal Officers to guide long-term financial planning. The position also manages University Central Funds and Reserves, oversees enterprise and auxiliary budgets, and represents CSUSB in systemwide budget matters with the CSU Chancellor’s Office, State Controller’s Office, the Budget Officers’ Association, and the University Budget Advisory Committee. |
