Per Diem Nurse Practitioner (Per Diem, Non-Exempt), Student Health Center - Temporary - Palm Desert Campus San Bernardino - Palm Desert Campus
Under the general supervision of a Physician and direction of the Executive Director, the Nurse Practitioner provides a wide range of primary health care services within the Student Health Center (SHC) including assessment, diagnostic, and preventive and health maintenance services at the Palm Desert Campus. The incumbent works under the supervision of a physician using established standardized procedures and/or process protocols. The Nurse Practitioner collaborates with the SHC Executive Director and their supervising Physician(s) to develop standardized procedures and/or process protocols and scope of practice for their position. The incumbent provides a wide range of primary health care services, such as conducting physical examinations; diagnosing, treating, and managing illnesses and injuries; ordering tests and interpreting the results; and counseling patients on preventive care. This position is primarily located at the Palm Desert campus and may work occasionally on the San Bernardino campus.

Under the direction of the Associate Vice President for Finance and Administrative Services, the Executive Director of Budget and Resource Management ensures sustainable financial resources to advance CSUSB’s mission. The role oversees campus-wide budget planning, development, and administration, including revenue projection, fund allocation, expenditure oversight, position management, and cost recovery. The Executive Director analyzes complex budget policies, promotes fiscal integrity, and collaborates with campus leaders and Fiscal Officers to guide long-term financial planning. The position also manages University Central Funds and Reserves, oversees enterprise and auxiliary budgets, and represents CSUSB in systemwide budget matters with the CSU Chancellor’s Office, State Controller’s Office, the Budget Officers’ Association, and the University Budget Advisory Committee.

The Assistant Director of Philanthropy (ADoP) is an emerging fundraising professional focused on securing leadership annual gifts and identifying prospects for major and planned gifts that support university priorities, especially initiatives advancing student success, access, equity, and academic excellence. Reporting to the Senior Director of Philanthropy, the ADoP will work closely with senior leadership and the Advancement team to cultivate, solicit, and steward a portfolio of leadership annual and early major gift donors. This externally focused role emphasizes strategic relationship-building and effective solicitation. Success in this position will be measured by meeting financial goals, contact metrics, and overall contribution to the university’s fundraising efforts, in collaboration with University Advancement and cross-campus partners.
