Under general supervision of the Associate Vice Provost and Dean for the College of Extended and Global Education (CEGE) and under the day-to-day work direction of CEGE International Education Admin Analyst/Specialist, this position provides overall coordination of administrative support for general fund international education department. The Administrative Support Coordinator (ASC) is responsible for the full scope of project activities including initiation, execution, coordination, implementation, and evaluation. The ASC works with complex programs, projects, and events that have campus-wide impact and that require ability to work independently, under general supervision.
School of Social Work Full-Time Lecturer 12 Month San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
The School of Social Work invites applications for multiple 12-month, full-time lecturer appointments focused on practicum education and Title IV-E child welfare initiatives. Appointees will advance the School’s mission across the BASW and MSW programs at the San Bernardino and Palm Desert campuses and within the online MSW program. Assignments vary by position and may include: directing practicum operations; placing students in practicum, ensuring strong relationships with agency partners, maintaining documentation and data; guaranteeing compliance with accreditation and university requirements; project management, grant application and management, and training and curriculum development. Leondard Transportation Center - Research Fellow San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus

Candidates with expertise in transportation systems, logistics, or supply chain management—particularly those applying quantitative, computational, or data-driven approaches—are encouraged to apply. Interest or experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Big Data Analysis is preferred. Responsibilities include research (85%), mentoring student researchers, assisting with grant proposal development, and contributing to outreach and workforce initiatives (15%).
School of Cyber & Decision Sciences - Assistant Professor in Cybersecurity San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
The SC&DS seeks a full-time assistant professor to join a growing and dynamic faculty team. CSUSB's cutting edge Cybersecurity program prepares students to address the cybersecurity issues and concerns faced today in many corporate and government environments. The foundation of our Cybersecurity program consists of imparting the skills required to succeed along with a combination of technical skills, policy, teamwork, ethics, and professionalism. In 2022, the Cyber program successfully renewed the NSA/DHS designation of Center of Academic Excellence in Cyber Defense (CAE-CD). Since receiving the CAE-CD designation, the Center for Cyber and AI has secured a portfolio of $85m in grants and scholarships focused on the cyber workforce. The ideal candidate for this position must have knowledge, skill, and interest in teaching both undergraduate and graduate courses in Cybersecurity and Artificial Intelligence offered by the SC&DS at CSUSB main campus and at Palm Desert. Candidates having a combination of both theory/research and applied/hands-on teaching experiences in the areas of Cybersecurity Management, Ethical hacking - SCADA/IOT, Forensics, Incident Response, applied AI, and hold Industry recognized certifications such as Security+, CISSP, etc. are a plus. A deep understanding of the Centers of Academic Excellence in Cyber program as well as the critical workforce frameworks (Department of Defense Cyber Workforce Framework, NIST 800-181) is important for the candidate. Experience working with US Government partners in cyber defense is also desired. The successful candidate will also be expected to advise students, serve on Department, College and University Committees, contribute to and participate in the life and strategic priorities of the SC&DS, and engage in the broader University disciplinary communities.
