Under the direction of the Associate Vice President of Finance and Administrative Services the Executive Director of the University Enterprises Corporation (UEC) is responsible for the operations of the separately incorporated 501(c)3 business auxiliary of the University which supports campus dining operations, bookstore operations, sponsored programs post award activities, and other business ventures and applicable operations as desired by the University. In addition to the management responsibilities for the running of the UEC and its staff, a key role of the Executive Director will be to work with the University to create enterprise development opportunities and a model to provide on-going financial stability for the organization. The Executive Director will ensure that UEC supports the academic and co-curricular environment and provides quality services to the campus community while meeting the program's business goals. Reentry Operations will oversee the FAITHS Throughcare Program’s reentry and community stakeholder initiatives. This role is responsible for establishing partnerships, policies, and operational plans that align with the program’s mission to reduce recidivism, address intergenerational trauma, and support successful community reintegration for justice-involved individuals and their families.
The Director will coordinate diversionary programming, ongoing psychoeducation,
and case management services, ensuring fidelity to evidence-based practices. Additionally, this position will supervise graduate-level interns, manage program evaluation efforts, and foster collaborations with community and academic
stakeholders to support participant success. |

A significant portion of the role involves daily interaction with students, offering writing support, attending to the center's operational needs, and providing direct services. Under the supervision of the center’s director, the individual also assists student assistants in their roles as peer educators and participates in targeted academic support campaigns aimed at improving students' academic writing skills.
