University Center for Developmental Disabilities (UCDD) is a program that serves children with developmental disabilities and their families. UCDD is administered through University Enterprises Corporation (UEC) at CSUSB. The Fiscal and Operations Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining the fiscal and administrative functions of UCDD. Some major administrative functions are billing, invoicing, procurement, maintenance orders, HR processing, and payroll processing.

Program Coordinator/First Star Academy (UEC) San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
The Program Coordinator is responsible for developing, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating programs that support academic success, college readiness, career exploration, and interpersonal development of high school-aged students. In alignment with the main tenets of First Star Academy, this position works collaboratively with parents/caregivers, school districts, community partners, and higher education partners, to provide programming that addresses the unique needs of youth experiencing adversity, specifically foster care and/or homelessness. The Program Coordinator leads outreach and recruitment efforts, develops and facilitates workshops, cultivates partnerships, tracks program outcomes, and ensures services are delivered in a supportive, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive manner.

Parent Educator/ ICDFR- Science of Parenting (UEC) San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
Provide parent education courses for parents/caregivers in an in person group format or online. Duties include facilitating 9-session parenting courses. Parent educators may also be asked to do “onetime” presentations on various parenting topics in the local area. Parent educators will also be expected to complete necessary paperwork and facilitate after-class debriefing sessions with children’s program staff as needed. Parent educators must follow a fully developed parent education model (and will be trained to use this model before leading groups).

Executive Director (SMSU) San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
The Executive Director of the Santos Manuel Student Union (SMSU), a 501 c3 auxiliary organization of CSU San Bernardino, provides leadership, management, direction, and financial oversight and serves as the senior executive accountable for strategic direction, fiscal stewardship, policy implementation, risk management, and effective administration to all areas of the SMSU including all personnel, year-round programming, facilities & operations, administrative support services, diversity & belonging-focused affinity centers, and the Recreation & Wellness Department (RecWell). Together, these areas serve more than 16,000 CSUSB students through programs, services, facilities, employment opportunities and student engagement experiences. The Executive Director also provides oversight of staffing and operations to the Rancho Mirage Student Center (RMSC) located on CSUSB’s Palm Desert Campus. The RMSC offers student engagement programming, similar to that of the SMSU, to the 2,000+ students who attend the PDC. The areas under the purview of the SMSU Executive Director employ approximately 40 managers & professional staff members and 250+ student employees. As part of the university’s commitment to shared governance, the Executive Director also works directly with and in support of the SMSU Board of Directors. The Executive Director supports informed Board governance by preparing recommendations, timely reports, and decision materials, and by implementing Board-approved priorities in coordination with SMSU management/staff and university leadership.

The ERC, at its core, will provide both short and long-term business counseling and training services from programs such as the Inland Empire Small Business Development Center (IESBDC), Inland Empire Women’s Business Center (IEWBC) that will assist business owners at every stage of development, from startup to growth.
