Administrative Coordinator/ITLS (UEC) San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus

Career Transition & Resource Coordinator/WorkAbility IV (UEC) San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
Under the supervision of the WorkAbility IV (WA-IV) Lead Program Coordinator, the Career Transition & Resource Coordinator (CTRC) is responsible for planning, implementing, and carrying out employment preparation services for CSUSB students with disabilities who are clients of the Department of Rehabilitation (DOR) and enrolled in WA-IV services on the San Bernardino Campus. The CTRC serves as a direct source of program information to include the dissemination of information on WA-IV’s social media platforms related to employment preparation.
Security Guard (Pool)/CSRI (UEC) San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
Under the general supervision of the Center Manager, Security will work closely with staff to provide client programs, services, and daily administrative tasks. Security will be responsible to ensure safety of staff, clients, and facility. Security must possess the ability to handle typical and crises efficiently and effectively.
Caseworker (Pool)/CSRI (UEC) San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
Under the general supervision of the Center Manager, Caseworkers will work closely with staff to provide client programs, services, and daily administrative tasks. Caseworkers are responsible for completing all Case Management Plans, monitoring client compliance, documenting client progress and activity, and reporting program violations. Orient new clients to program requirements and use assessment to determine client risk and develop a comprehensive case management plan.
Well-being Coordinator (SMSU) San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
Under the direction of the Recreation & Wellness Director, Well-being Coordinator is responsible for planning, implementing, and assessing innovative and diverse programs and services that meet the needs of the CSUSB community related to a holistic approach to an individual’s overall health & well-being. Responsible for supervising student staff, managing the day-to-day operations of the center, and collaborating with campus partners to directly support the campus community in developing optimal health and well-being. In addition, the Well-being Coordinator has the responsibility of ensuring the success of the Wellness Center by providing multi-disciplinary health & well-being related functions with multiple campus partners that are involved in the Division of Student Affairs campus initiative, “Be Well Yotes”. Well-being Coordinator is an integral member of a hard-working team comprised of full-time and part-time staff within the Santos Manuel Student Union and Recreation & Wellness Department. They should possess the ability to work both independently and as a team member. Finally, they shall demonstrate the ability to work effectively with a diverse population of program members, guests, and staff.
Fitness Coordinator (SMSU) San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
Under the direction of the Recreation & Wellness Director, the Fitness Coordinator will be responsible for planning, implementing, and assessing innovative and diverse fitness programs and services that meet the needs of the CSUSB community. This includes personal training, group exercise, instructional classes & workshops, and providing remote support to the Palm Desert Campus (PDC) related to a comprehensive fitness program. The Fitness Coordinator is an integral member of a hard-working team comprised of full-time and part-time staff within the Santos Manuel Student Union and Recreation & Wellness Department.
Outreach Coordinator (UEC) San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
The Project Rebound Outreach Coordinator will work with the Program Director in maintaining the partnerships that Project Rebound has established with community-based organizations and public agencies that service and support formerly incarcerated individuals. This includes building strong Community College partnerships with students, advisors, and faculty. The position requires strong communication skills and experience in student advisement, college admissions applications, education/career planning, and academic support services. A criminal justice background is an asset. Applicants with previous experience as Project Rebound interns or student workers are preferred.
Office Assistant WRI (UEC) San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
This position will report to the (Supervisor) and will have responsibility for social media and website content, designing of graphic content, handling of multimedia tasks and provide general office support to WRPI staff.

Tracks, charts, and monitors patient’s training sessions and symptomatic progress. Reviews patient progress and training effectiveness with Institute Director.
Transfer Outreach Coordinator (UEC) San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus

The Custodian is an integral member of a hard-working team comprised of full-time and part-time staff within the Santos Manuel Student Union. The Custodian should possess the ability to work both independently and as a team member. The Custodian shall demonstrate the ability to work effectively with a diverse population of program members, guests, and staff.

Under the direction of the Santos Manuel Student Union Associate Director of Operations, the Santos Manuel Student Union Maintenance Specialist is responsible for all aspects of diagnosing, repairing, installing, and maintain all equipment in the Santos Manuel Student Union as well as general maintenance and repair of the facilities as assigned. The Maintenance Specialist is an integral member of a hard-working team comprised of full-time and part-time staff within the Santos Manuel Student Union. The Maintenance Specialist should possess the ability to work both independently and as a team member. WBC Business Counseling Administrative Support/IECE (UEC) San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
