Police Lieutenant (Administrator II), University Police Department San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
Under the direct supervision of the Chief of Police, the Lieutenant is responsible for providing leadership in management to personnel, direct and indirect supervision of all personnel assigned to Patrol Operations and UPD personnel. The Lieutenant is also expected to assist in managing the Communications Unit and is responsible for providing management and oversight of University camera system and IT-related issues and projects that address public safety concerns and enhance public safety delivery on campus. The Lieutenant will ensure proper adherence of department’s policies by patrol personnel. The incumbent is responsible for the protection of life and property and the enforcement of all pertinent laws within the jurisdiction of the University Police Department, California State University, San Bernardino. The incumbent will also be responsible for special event planning, management and supervision of the K9 unit, motorcycle unit, liaison to allied law enforcement agencies, firearms training, police fleet management, management of university and police public safety cameras, body-worn camera and naloxone programs, and other duties as assigned.
Human Resources Professional (Human Resources Professional I, Non-Exempt), Administrative Services Department San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
Under direct supervision, the Human Resources Professional serves as a primary point of contact for the Division of Human Resources. Responsibilities include providing front-desk and administrative support, responding to inquiries, routing requests, assisting with onboarding and recruitment activities, maintaining confidential records, entering data, preparing reports, coordinating meetings and events, and training student assistants on basic front-desk duties. The position works collaboratively with employees, applicants, managers, and the public while delivering professional customer service.
Per Diem Registered Nurse (Per Diem Non-Exempt Healthcare), Student Health Center- Temporary San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
Under direct supervision of a physician or similar practitioner or higher-level Registered Nurse and general direction of the Executive Director, the incumbent will act as a Registered Nurse I for the San Bernardino Student Health Center and may also work on the Palm Desert Campus as needed. The Per Diem Registered Nurse will also be responsible for active participation in health education activities, assign tasks to and review work of clinic support staff within their scope of work, and assists with development of policies, protocols and procedures. Additional duties can include participation in health center and campus wide committees when assigned.
Regional Director/RIMS California Arts Project (UEC) San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
The California Arts Project (TCAP) is one of nine disciplinary professional learning networks under the California Subject Matter Project (CSMP). The following RIMS California Arts Project position description reflects the Regional/Site Director position across CSMP. The description also details responsibilities that are specific to TCAP and RIMS California Arts Project. CSU San Bernardino is RIMS CAP’s host campus, College of Arts and Letters, Department of Theatre Arts. RIMS CAP serves the following counties: Riverside, Inyo, Mono, San Bernardino, Kern, Ventura, San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, and portions of Los Angeles County North of the 91 Fwy. RIMS CAP has dedicated campus office space to conduct the site’s work and administration and enable campus connections. RIMS CAP’s fiscal aspects are facilitated through UEC at CSUSB. RIMS CAP’s Regional Director has the responsibility to oversee the operational, administrative, fiscal, and programmatic work of the regional site and office. The Regional Director develops and sustains a regional network of TCAP Teacher Leaders. Additionally, the Regional Director leverages additional funding to support the site's programs, guides the evaluation of site programs, and creates the yearly application's Scope of Work and budget, aligned with CSMP and TCAP Goals. The Regional Director serves on the leadership team of The California Arts Project Network.

Under general supervision, the Administrative Analyst Specialist provides day-to-day budget, fiscal, and administrative analysis for Information Technology Services (ITS) and related programs, including the Vital and Expanded Technology Initiative (VETI). The position performs operational budget tracking, reconciliation, reporting, and transaction processing; applies established financial procedures and campus policies; and serves as a resource to managers and staff on routine fiscal and administrative processes.

Under the general supervision of the Director of Services to Students with Disabilities (SSD), the Accessibility Specialist provides professional disability-related services to enrolled students with disabilities at the San Bernardino and Palm Desert campuses. The position promotes equitable access to the educational experience through disability-related counseling and advising, case management, consultation, and collaboration with students, faculty, staff, and community partners to support an accessible and inclusive educational environment.

Under general supervision, the Technology Support Specialist provides technical support and consultation to faculty, staff, and students. The incumbent independently diagnoses and resolves hardware, software, and connectivity issues of moderate scope and complexity; supports desktop and endpoint management; and provides consultative guidance on technology procurement, deployment, and configuration to ensure secure, reliable, and standards-compliant computing environments.

Under the general direction of the Director of Academic Advising, the Student Success Coordinator provides advanced-level student services and serves as the campus subject matter expert on academic success, retention, persistence, and graduation initiatives. The position exercises a high degree of independent judgment in developing, implementing, evaluating, and continuously improving campus-wide academic success programs, policies, and advising practices that directly support institutional student success goals.
