Human Resources Professional I (Human Resources Professional I, Non-exempt), Division of Human Resources - Temporary San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
Under direct supervision, the Human Resources Professional serves as the first point of contact for the Division of Human Resources, providing professional customer service and directing inquiries via phone, email, and in person. The incumbent provides administrative support to the HR team, assists with onboarding coordination, supports recruitment activities, maintains confidential records and HR systems, and provides recruitment process guidance and status updates. Additional responsibilities include maintaining recruitment files, preparing reports, coordinating meetings and events, supporting student assistants, and collaborating with individuals at all levels of the organization while ensuring efficient front desk operations and exceptional customer service.
Assessor/ICDFR Quality Start (UEC) San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
Under the supervision of the Project Analyst the Assessor will be responsible for conducting CLASS (Classroom Assessment Scoring System) assessments for sites in San Bernardino and Riverside County participating as part of the county’s Quality Rating and Improvement System.
Parent Educator/ ICDFR- Science of Parenting (UEC) San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
Provide parent education courses for parents/caregivers in an in person group format or online. Duties include facilitating 9-session parenting courses. Parent educators may also be asked to do “onetime” presentations on various parenting topics in the local area. Parent educators will also be expected to complete necessary paperwork and facilitate after-class debriefing sessions with children’s program staff as needed. Parent educators must follow a fully developed parent education model (and will be trained to use this model before leading groups).
Department of Kinesiology - Assistant Professor San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
The Department of Kinesiology at California State University, San Bernardino invites applications for a tenure-track position in Adapted Physical Education (APE) and Physical Education Teacher Education (PETE) at the assistant professor level, effective August 2027. The successful candidate will focus on APE courses but may also teach PETE and Kinesiology core courses, including professional preparation activity courses. Our students choose between four concentrations: Allied Health Professions, Exercise Science, Health Promotion, and Physical Education and Adapted Physical Education. Our faculty are actively involved in research and in professional organizations in their respective fields. The successful candidate will join an intellectually stimulating and innovative academic environment that embraces diversity. The successful candidate will teach undergraduate courses in Kinesiology, maintain a robust and ongoing research agenda, and mentor students at the undergraduate level. The candidate will also advise students and perform career-related service roles on and off campus for the department, college, university and professional societies. Furthermore, the candidate will also lead activities that will advance scholarly excellence in Kinesiology. An earned degrees in Kinesiology/Physical Education with APE and PETE specializations or related areas are required. Program Coordinator/IEWBC (UEC) San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
The Program Coordinator will coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Women’s Business Center’s offices located in either San Bernardino or Temecula, California under general supervision of the Program Director of the Women’s Business Center Program. Incumbent will perform a full range of technical, programmatic, administrative, advanced clerical, and routine staff and analytical duties; assume ongoing programmatic duties and responsibilities specific to area of assignment; provide technical support and specialized program information and assistance to assigned administrator, staff, and students; and participate in coordinating assigned programs, projects, and services, requiring self-sufficiency and a clear understanding of the parameters of the programs and services of the center, as well as the understanding of when to delegate responsibility and to whom.

This position provides administrative and operational support for the Indian Wells Student Services office, including budget tracking, adherence to established policies and procedures, and coordination of daily office functions.
