Working collaboratively with Information Technology Services staff, campus departments, and external vendors, the position supports the implementation and ongoing operation of enterprise and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions. The position also provides technical support, documentation, and system administration services to ensure efficient and effective delivery of technology services to the campus community. |

| Under general supervision, the Accessibility Technologist II provides professional accessibility technology support, consultation, and coordination to help ensure equitable access to digital content, instructional materials, and assistive technology across CSUSB. The incumbent supports accessibility compliance efforts, assists with the administration of assistive technology environments, provides consultation and training to faculty and staff, and collaborates with campus stakeholders to implement accessibility solutions aligned with CSU, state, and federal accessibility requirements.
The position applies professional knowledge of accessibility standards, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility practices to support the Accessible Technology Initiative (ATI) and campus accessibility objectives. The incumbent works with faculty, staff, students, and technology teams to identify accessibility barriers and implement solutions that improve access to instructional and administrative technologies. |
