Candidates must have at least a Master’s degree or specialized certification physics, astronomy or material science, or related discipline. Preference will be given to candidates who have prior teaching experience at the college or university level and who can furnish evidence of strong teaching. Unlike most academic departments, the School of Entrepreneurship – the first and only school of its kind in California – operates in an entrepreneurial fashion to help students acquire the knowledge and competencies to become successful entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs.
