University Enterprises Corporation at CSUSB ("UEC") supports the university's educational mission by providing quality services that complement the instructional program. The University depends upon UEC to provide services that cannot be supported with state funds. We’re responsible for business enterprises on campus including, but not limited to, dining, bookstore, convenience store, and vending services. We also serve as the grantee for federal, state, and local funding for research and sponsored projects.

Position Summary

Temporary, Non-Exempt, Full Time, Benefited position through 6/30/2025 (Appointment may be renewed annually based upon availability of funds, availability of work and satisfactory job performance). 

Salary: $4,506.58-$5,000.67 per month

Location: CSUSB and BeFAST Day School locations.

Work Schedule

40 hours per week. To be determined. Schedule may require working irregular hours including evenings, weekends.

Typical Activities

The Project Analyst will work under the direction of the BEFAST faculty coordinator as well as in support of various projects within the ICDFR. The Project Analyst will have the following duties:

  • Schedule, coordinate, and track the implementation of the BEFAST cognitive training program for CSUSB students.
  • Develop and facilitate partnerships with CSUSB administrators.
  • Carry out and follow research protocol.
  • Supervise project interns and research assistants in support of program delivery and evaluation.
  • Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate BEFAST research assistants and interns.
  • Attend meetings and at times lead meetings with project team members (e.g., check-in meetings).
  • Assist and support related ICDFR projects as needed.
  • Will need to travel between CSUSB campus and San Bernardino Day School sites.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in child development or related field.
  • Experience:
    • Experience in working with school age youth.
    • Familiarity with cognitive assessment tools.
    • Experience in teaching and supervising undergraduate student interns.
    • Must have a clean driving record and have a valid CA Driver's License. 

Preferred Qualifications

  • MA in child development or related field preferred
  • Knowledge of and experience in teaching developmentally appropriate practices
