Key responsibilities in this pivotal role will include clinical counseling, facilitating psychoeducation, carrying out diagnoses and assessments, managing data, and meticulously documenting all related procedures. A CSP delivers comprehensive case management support, playing a crucial role in helping individuals navigate through complex psychosocial issues. This position’s expertise will be fundamental in creating personalized treatment plans and closely monitoring implementation and success. In addition to client-facing duties, the CSP will also act as the frontline lead for social and behavioral science interns hailing from multiple university partners. This mentoring role will involve guiding interns through their placements, sharing knowledge and experience, and fostering interns professional growth; as well as clear communication regarding day-to-day matters. The successful candidate will be an empathetic professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to be flexible and make informed, timely decisions in a dynamic environment. Experience and understanding of a trauma-informed and systemic approach to supporting justice-involved individuals and their families is preferred. |
