Clinical Service Supervisor/FAITHS (UEC) San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
Under direction from the Executive Director of Operations and Clinical Manager, the Clinical Service Supervisor will organize and supervise the Clinical Service Practioners and MFT/LPCC/MSW Interns in their scope of practice. The supervised scope of practice includes, but is not limited to, clinical documentation, duties of diagnostic assessments, developing and implementing complex treatment plans, and specialized service programs to assist individuals in restoring their capacity for social functioning, and direct clinical work with individuals, couples, families/children, and groups. Administrative Support & Recruitment Coordinator/Optimizing Engage (UEC) San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
The clinical research study for which we are hiring an Administrative Support & Recruitment Coordinator examines service engagement among Latinx individuals with recent onset psychosis and their caregivers. This research will evaluate an empirically supported treatment relative to treatment as usual, and identify treatment mediators of engagement in care in community mental health service settings.

FAITHS is actively searching for a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Service Practitioner (CSP) to join our dynamic team, primarily serving justice-involved individuals and their families. Key responsibilities in this pivotal role will include clinical counseling, facilitating psychoeducation, carrying out diagnoses and assessments, managing data, and meticulously documenting all related procedures. A CSP delivers comprehensive case management support, playing a crucial role in helping individuals navigate through complex psychosocial issues. This position’s expertise will be fundamental in creating personalized treatment plans and closely monitoring implementation and success. In addition to client-facing duties, the CSP will also act as the frontline lead for social and behavioral science interns hailing from multiple university partners. This mentoring role will involve guiding interns through their placements, sharing knowledge and experience, and fostering interns professional growth; as well as clear communication regarding day-to-day matters. The successful candidate will be an empathetic professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to be flexible and make informed, timely decisions in a dynamic environment. Experience and understanding of a trauma-informed and systemic approach to supporting justice-involved individuals and their families is preferred.

The incumbent will conduct active job searches and placement opportunities for parolees by contacting and visiting local employers and human resources departments to obtain individual interviews, as well as developing on-the-job training opportunities and vocational education. This position requires group and one-on-one training in job development.

Administrative Support Assistant/SSD WAIV (UEC) San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
Under direction of the SSD Director and with guidance from and the SSD Administrative Analyst; the incumbent will provide direct services to students with disabilities and related staff/faculty in supporting the WAIV program to include clerical and administrative support such as scheduling appointments, handling confidential and routine correspondence, maintaining calendars, preparing basic reports and assist in data collection, maintaining files, performing routine maintenance of files, prepare meeting agendas, and other clerical duties as assigned. The incumbent will greet students and provide additional front office support and provide support and updates to the WAIV website. Provides support with the preparation and review of time sheets and reimbursements. These tasks require daily interaction with support staff involved in the coordination of SSD services, WAIV staff and the WAIV program administrator. Under direct supervision, the incumbent provides direct support to the WAIV Administrator to include scheduling meetings, updating calendars, preparing meeting agendas, preparing specialized reports, monthly status reports and assist with travel coordination. The incumbent will carry out other duties as assigned in compliance with the classification standards and program needs. These may include, but are not limited to, office organization and attendance at meetings and trainings.
Practicum Specialist/School of Social Work (UEC) San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus, San Bernardino - Palm Desert Campus
The Practicum Specialist reports to the Director of Field Education for the School of Social Work. The Practicum Specialist provides support to the Director of Field Education to manage offsite supplemental practicum-based needs and training. This includes assisting agency supervisors in developing learning opportunities at new practicum sites, developing new placement sites, and developing and implementing on-campus and online training for agency instructors and students.
