Marketing and Events Coordinator /CAE (UEC) San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
Project Coordinators for the CAE Community will be responsible for a variety of tasks required to host and market events, both virtually and in person. Marketing Coordination: The Marketing Coordinator collaborates closely with program and project managers to craft the organization's marketing strategy, guiding it from conceptualization to implementation. They assist in formulating budget proposals and securing funding for marketing endeavors. With a creative flair, they conceptualize marketing collateral such as flyers, social media posts, and digital communications, ensuring content aligns with audience expectations. By developing detailed audience profiles, they tailor targeted marketing campaigns to specific groups, effectively promoting events and enhancing the company's brand presence. Event Coordination: Coordinating all aspects of events such as venue selection, contract negotiation, and logistics management; developing comprehensive event plans, timelines, and budgets; promoting events through various channels and managing registration processes; serving as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and partners; collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution; and conducting post-event evaluations to gather feedback and improve future events. Requires travel (estimated at 5-8 trips per year).
STEM Success Counselor/PATHS (UEC) San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
The incumbent will perform the following core tasks: undergraduate counseling both academic and non-academic; data collection and analysis, outreach and success coaching for students; regular and effective communication with colleges, academic departments in the College of Natural Sciences (CNS) and student services offices around the campus; and plan and execute student success campaigns. Also, help with recruiting students from community colleges and help with their successful transition to CSUSB. The over-arching goal is to promote student success outcomes including retention, timely degree progress, and graduation.

Provide CVWBC consulting, training, and information services in the region to pre-venture, start-up, small and medium size businesses. Maintain client database by preparing detailed written assessment and make recommendations for improvements. Keep abreast of business trends, techniques, and processes. Work collaboratively with peers and the business community to expand expertise. Community outreach responsibilities will include public presentations to key stakeholders and service on appropriate boards and committees related to economic development. Complete all forms and maintain client files as required by the SBA. Document information, assistance, and outcomes of sessions with clients related to consulting and training activities performed by the consultant. Provide Center with timely reports related to milestones and success stories of client’s economic outcomes. Individual must conduct own lead generation through creating partnerships with cities, chambers of commerce, business associations, etc to find clients.

Training Coordinator/IESBDC (UEC) San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
Full time position reports to the IESBDC Director and will coordinate and market small business training events, assist in program development, manage training and client databases, and provide program reporting results. Inland Empire SBDC training program encompasses approximately 120 - 150 events each calendar year. Training events are held at all full time SBDC offices in Riverside, San Bernardino, and at 13 outreach offices in Riverside and San Bernardino Counties.
Program Manager/Entrepreneurial Resource Centers (ERC) (UEC) San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
The newly created Entrepreneurial Resource Center (ERC) program, operated by CSUSB’s Inland Empire Center for Entrepreneurship (IECE), provides an easily accessible hub for small business support services, strategically located in both Riverside and San Bernardino counties. Each ERC delivers a wide range of business counseling and training programs through established IECE programs such as the Inland Empire Small Business Development Center (IESBDC) and Women’s Business Centers (WBC) to support startups and existing businesses. In addition, each ERC has “Affiliate Partners” working collaboratively with IECE and its programs. These are non-CSUSB entrepreneurial support organizations that provide specific training and technical assistance to support small business owners and entrepreneurs in the Inland Southern California region at each ERC location.

Clinical Service Supervisor/FAITHS (UEC) San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
Under direction from the Executive Director of Operations and Clinical Manager, the Clinical Service Supervisor will organize and supervise the Clinical Service Practioners and MFT/LPCC/MSW Interns in their scope of practice. The supervised scope of practice includes, but is not limited to, clinical documentation, duties of diagnostic assessments, developing and implementing complex treatment plans, and specialized service programs to assist individuals in restoring their capacity for social functioning, and direct clinical work with individuals, couples, families/children, and groups. FAITHS is actively searching for a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Service Practitioner (CSP) to join our dynamic team, primarily serving justice-involved individuals and their families. Key responsibilities in this pivotal role will include clinical counseling, facilitating psychoeducation, carrying out diagnoses and assessments, managing data, and meticulously documenting all related procedures. A CSP delivers comprehensive case management support, playing a crucial role in helping individuals navigate through complex psychosocial issues. This position’s expertise will be fundamental in creating personalized treatment plans and closely monitoring implementation and success. In addition to client-facing duties, the CSP will also act as the frontline lead for social and behavioral science interns hailing from multiple university partners. This mentoring role will involve guiding interns through their placements, sharing knowledge and experience, and fostering interns professional growth; as well as clear communication regarding day-to-day matters. The successful candidate will be an empathetic professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to be flexible and make informed, timely decisions in a dynamic environment. Experience and understanding of a trauma-informed and systemic approach to supporting justice-involved individuals and their families is preferred.
Job Developer/CSRI Victorville (UEC) San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
Under the general supervision of the Center Manager, the Job Developer will assist with job development programming, employment placement, and employment retention services for program participants. The incumbent will conduct active job searches and placement opportunities for parolees by contacting and visiting local employers and human resources departments to obtain individual interviews, as well as developing on-the-job training opportunities and vocational education. This position requires group and one-on-one training in job development.
