Under the supervision of the center’s director, the individual also assists student assistants in their roles as peer educators and participates in targeted academic support campaigns aimed at improving students' academic writing skills. Under the general supervision of the UEC HR and PR Manager, the incumbent will perform a full range of varied, complex and technical work assignments involving the use of judgment and discretion in support of the University Enterprises Corporation "UEC" Payroll Department_.
UEC Payroll processes semi-monthly payroll for all auxiliary organizations (UEC, Student Union, ASI, Foundation) on the CSUSB campus for approximately 700-800 paychecks per period.

The CSUSB Basic Needs & Student Support Center is intended to be a one-stop, location for students to access basic needs services, completion basic needs intake, and resources linking students to on and off-campus housing, food, financial, and other basic needs. The center serves as a one-stop wellness hub where students can
meet with a Wellness Coach to receive personalized support for their basic needs.
Programming in the BNs & Student Support center will address basic needs intake sessions, educational literacy, CalFresh application assistance, swipe out assistance, BNs grant request assistance, housing intake, trauma-informed and financial literacy and much more. Our students' well-being impacts their basic needs being addressed, sense of belonging, persistence, graduation rate, and overall experience. This is an
exciting time to be a part of the Basic Needs & Student Support Staff and an opportunity to join a collaborative team of committed and motivated to supporting
students' basic needs in the university's Basic Needs & Student Support Center. This position is temporary and will work in the department of Basic Needs & Student
